My opinion on Wassup!

Wassup, a new rookie girl, has been attention for their mv and teasers. From what I see the attention is mostly negative. I actually like the group and song is okay. I think they could do better but not all rookie groups start out great.  At lot of bashing I've seen are from I-Fans (International Fans). I've seen comments like they're ruining kpop or they're trying to bring too much western/american concept and aren't doing a good job. First off a lot of concepts are aimed to westerners/americans. If I-Fans want to blame or rant, do it towards the company. Please remember that not all rookie groups have a awesome or eyecatching debut and the group doesn't have a say in how their debut concept will go. The company decides what concept they, pick the girls/guys they think will work well with it and train and debut them. I'm just saying have a little respect for the group. They've trained to get to where they are now unlike most americans who just need a pretty face and basic skills in singing/rapping and dancing and have many fans the next day their mv is out. These are just my opinions and shouldn't reflect anyone's opinion. Here's the mv. Share your thoughts/opinions. I don't mind.

I got downvoted in NB the other day for basically saying that people should give them a chance and not judge them harshly based on three teaser videos their companies produced OTL So much for expecting open-minded netizens. Hmmm... It definitely is not the worst song or mv out there.

Personally, it's not the worst song I've heard, but it's not the usual type of things I listen to, so I'm not liking it that much.

Debut stage was just okay, so I'm hoping it was just nerves and that they rock the next one... Otherwise they'll need a bit of work for lives.

However, Nada is quite talented if going by her solo stage, while Nara (purple haired girl) is really pretty and doesn't have that bad of a voice (she starts the chorus I think).

But none really stand out to me other than those two as of right now.

For a debut song, it wasn't the greatest, but knowing that not all rookie groups can have wonderful debut songs (C-Clown is a perfect example of this, their debut song wasn't that great, but everything after it was awesome), I'll listen to the album and give them one comeback to make any decisions to whether I'll follow them.

Tbh, I'm not a fan of these girls but when I saw the amount of dislikes in every videos they have, I was like 'WHAT THE HECK!" >_< People should give them a chance. And it's not like they're the one who chooses the 'twerking' concept. It's the company.
