Personality :

Are you soft or tough?; That's what people ask her when she has bruises on her face or arms. Since she's now living alone, she always comes back with a bloody arm, bruises or scars. Since her mom moved to the States and Sunggyu is currently working as an idol, nothing can stop her from fighting with dangerous people. She tries to keep her cuts and bruises so that no one will know that she's suffering. She can be a bit stubborn when it comes to fights. When she's home at 3 or 5 in the morning, that will say that she got in to a fight. Sunggyu knew about her scars, cuts and bruises and so does her friends so they try to stop her from fighting but how can they? All of her friends are idols and they have no time for her. That's why HaeSong keeps fighting. Even though you ask her to stop, she'll still go since she has no one to stop her at home. She sometimes has those days where she comes back early at 9 to 11.30 at night. That is when no one doesn't mess with her. Her friends sometimes stays at her house even though they're guys. Her friends check up on her in case she goes out to fight. Even though her friends want her to be strong, they don't mean being strong physically. She always gets the wrong idea from what her friends are saying. 

Smiling girl; Even when it's a sad story and most people will tear up, she still tears up but she'll still be smiling. She smiles a lot of stage and variety shows. She doesn't like it when people don't smile but how can they smile when they're crying? When she performs on stage, she always smiles even when it's a charismatic song. During MV shootings, she won't smile when it's her part and when the director or producer tells her not to smile. She smiles when she sees her love interest or her ideal type. 

Background :

( Middle school years ) When she was in middle school, her uncle always comes to her house, drunk. Her uncle always wanted to stab her since her uncle didn't want her in the family. She understood her uncle's words but never wanted to kill him. One night, her uncle came to her house and went upstairs to her room with a knife. Her dad heard her uncle coming in to her room and ran to her room with his gun. Her father opened HaeSong's room and saw her uncle almost stabbing her. At that time, HaeSong wanted to run since she saw the knife but she couldn't since her uncle would stab her at the back if she runs. Her father aimed the gun to her uncle and shot her uncle's hand that has the knife. HaeSong saw her father and ran to him. "HaeSong, go to your brother's room. Quickly!" Her father said and pushed her out of the room. HaeSong ran to her brother's room and woke up Sunggyu. Sunggyu listened to HaeSong's words about her uncle and her father. Sunggyu carried HaeSong on his back and went to the staircase. They sat there watching the fight in silent. Sunggyu told HaeSong that he's going to his room to call the police. HaeSong understood and waited Sunggyu at the staircase. She wasn't watching the fight. Instead, she cried on the steps. She heard a loud cry and saw her father collapsed on the floor, covered in blood. She cried until her uncle saw her on the steps. Her uncle walked to the steps, holding the knife that was dripping her father's blood. She wanted to run but her pants got stucked on something and she can't move. She cried for her brother but her brother didn't hear her. She cried even louder but still no answer from her brother. When her uncle was a few steps away from her, Sunggyu came in and cut her pants that was stuck. She ran with Sunggyu and went inside Sunggyu's room. She was crying in Sunggyu's arms. After a few minutes, she heard the police. Sunggyu told her to wait in the room and Sunggyu went out to check whether her uncle was captured. Sunggyu went inside his room and told HaeSong that their uncle was captured and they can come out. HaeSong held onto Sunggyu's arm and went downstairs. When their uncle was out of the house, she let go of Sunggyu's arm and ran to her father. She shook her father and tell him to wake up. Sunggyu stopped her but HaeSong didn't stop and hit her father's chest. She looked at her hands and it was covered with blood. She cried on her father's chest and the medics came. Sunggyu pulled HaeSong from her father so that the medics can take their father. She still didn't let go of her father until the medics had to carry her and placed her next to Sunggyu. The medics quickly put their father on the stretcher and went straight out from the house. HaeSong ran out and chased the ambulance. Sunggyu chased HaeSong so that she doesn't get killed on coming cars. Sunggyu caught HaeSong and held her so that she doesn't have to run. Sunggyu carried her to the house and told her to get some rest. HaeSong understood and went inside her room. She couldn't sleep because of the incident that happened earlier. Before she was in deep sleep, she told herself that she needs to protect her beloved ones especially her mom and Sunggyu. When she gets a little older, she'll start training to get stronger.

( Junior High years) When she was in junior high school, she didn't talk to anyone and doesn't want get involved in fights until she was in high school. She avoided most of her friends and just stayed as an outcast in the school. Most of the time, she was alone. She did everything alone. If she was assigned to do a project, she does it alone with no one helping her. Since her older brother started training under Woolim, he gets less time at home and he couldn't spend time with her. HaeSong was used to it and just ignored her brother when he came back from 12 hours of training. Sunggyu was concerned about her not talking to her friends so he asked if she has any friends and HaeSong said that she has some friends but they don't really talk to them since they were always at different classes during the semester. Sunggyu understood and asked her if she has any assignments he can help her with. She just said that she's fine on her own. When school ended, she will be at the gym near her house so that she can train. She trains alone so that she can learn the basics of fighting on her own. When the guys bother her, she usually ignores them but when they really annoyed her, she throws punches at the guys. The whole school knows about the incident and stills talks about it. The students even gave her a name for her personality: 'Cold Girl' since she was very quiet and cold to the students.

 

( High School and University years ) Since she told herself that she will start fighting for her beloved ones when she's in high school, she actually did! The gangsters at her school started bothering her and asking her if she could get a boyfriend. She was a bit annoyed until she stepped on one of the gangsters' foot and kicked the same leg. The other gangsters tried punching her but she was too fast to recieve the punches. Instead, she avoid and kicked the gangsters on the backs. The students saw her and gossiped about her for a few months.

Where/How did you meet? : HaeSong met Leo at the cafe near VIXX's dorm. It was in the year 2012 where HaeSong wanted to celebrate 6 months of her and N's friendship. HaeSong went to the cafe near VIXX's dorm 20 minutes before N arrived. She ordered N and her favorite drinks and sat at a table near the window so that N can see her. After 20 minutes of waiting, N arrived at the cafe. HaeSong looked back since she wasn't facing the entrance and saw N and another member. *Who is he? He looks like a cold person but good-looking at the same time* HaeSong thought. N approached HaeSong and sat across her. N introduced Leo as the 'cold and quiet' member in the group. Leo bowed and stood quiet. *This kid is so quiet. I wonder if he got a girlfriend during his trainee days*. After a few hours at the cafe, N looked at his watch and told HaeSong that they needed to go since they have to do a photoshoot. HaeSong bid goodbye to N and Leo. N hugged HaeSong and messed up her hair and bid goodbye. After N said goodbye to HaeSong, N told Leo to say goodbye. Leo bowed and said goodbye. When Leo was saying goodbye, HaeSong heard Leo's voice. *He may look mature but his voice is so adorable* HaeSong thought. HaeSong bowed to Leo and Leo and N went out of the cafe. HaeSong sat there thinking back Leo's cute voice. HaeSong was blushing because of Leo's voice and texted N asking him if that was really Leo's voice. N texted back saying yes. HaeSong couldn't believe that Leo's voice was like that. She remembered his looks and voice and suddenly, HaeSong's heart beated fast. *Could it be? Am I falling for that kid?* HaeSong thought and her heart beated even faster. *Maybe I am falling for that kid. I better tell N* HaeSong thought and picked up her phone. *No. N will tell Leo about me liking him. I better tell him when the time is right* HaeSong thought and put her cellphone down. She went out of the cafe and got a text message. She saw the text message and saw an unknown number. She was thinking that it was scam but she opened it anyway. She read the text message and it says it's from Leo. HaeSong's heart beated faster. She read and it says that Leo had fun with her and N and saw a picture attached to the text. She saw Leo putting a heart sign. She blushed and smiled from ear to ear. She went back to her house and kept thinking about Leo. That is when, how and where Leo and HaeSong met and HaeSong fell for him.

Sunggyu knew that HaeSong would love to meet Dongwoo so he and Woohyun decided to asked Dongwoo to get the members some beverages from the cafe near their dorm. Dongwoo didn't know that it was all a plan made by Sunggyu and Woohyun so he just went to the cafe near their dorm. HaeSong was almost fell asleep until there was a chime from the cafe door. She went straight to the counter and saw Dongwoo. She was very calm on the outside but inside, she was screaming of joy. *Gyu oppa, thank you!* HaeSong thought. Dongwoo went to the counter where HaeSong was standing and HaeSong fixed herself up and stayed calm. HaeSong asked what would Dongwoo like and he ordered the beverages that the members wanted. HaeSong nodded and went to make the order. After a few minutes, HaeSong gave the order to Dongwoo and bowed and her head hit the counter. Dongwoo saw HaeSong rubbing her injured spot and asked if she was okay. HaeSong just nodded. *She's cute* Dongwoo thought, he gave a smile and bowed to HaeSong and went out of the cafe. When Dongwoo was gone, HaeSong took her phone and texted Sunggyu, saying that she was thankful and will treat him and Woohyun someday. Sunggyu texted back saying that he's happy to help his little sister. After texting Sunggyu, she just stood there and thought about the scene that happened earlier. That is where and how HaeSong and Dongwoo met.

Trainee Life : It was hard for HaeSong since she was always the last one to enter the building. When she's in SM, she was always bullied by the older trainees and the trainees kept asking her to do stuff and they always lied to the trainers saying that HaeSong is a lazy person and always talk bad about the trainers. HaeSong always became the outcast in the company as well. When she was in JellyFish, most of the trainees there were nice but a few other trainees were really mean to her and bullied her and HaeSong decided to quit from JellyFish. Now that she's in Dreamer Entertainment, she will face the pain of training but she will try not to give up. She has the determination to debut under Dreamer Entertainment.
