6 years and counting.

To be honest, we’ve seen them grow and mature. We’ve noticed a lot of changes happened during their existence. They never grew apart but they grew closer to each other. They treated themselves like a family, a family not worthy of money nor riches, but worthy of happiness and longevity. Nine strangers became one, one group called “Girls’ Generation”.

It was a dream for them to become popular. They were hated because a lot of rumors circulated that they were dating their “oppas”. They were bashed and they were once told that they will never be popular. Look at them right now, from Seoul to Europe to the rest of the world, not only for their popularity but they are known for their hard work and perseverance. They believed that they will become successful, and they believed they CAN conquer the whole world.

The truth is we are always moved by the GIRL’S emotions. Whenever they cry, we cry. Whenever they feel sad or lonely, we have the same feelings. Sometimes, we are pulled by the girls’ force. Yes, they are attractive but what makes us follow the said attraction and force is that they knew how to express their real selves. They knew how to give happiness to every single person, they knew how to encourage the ones who are already down, and they HELP you to be strong.

Girls’ Generation’s bond is so unbelievably strong. How did they become that strong? Simple. NO ONE IN THE GROUP IS SELFISH. Every single member gave their time and way so that no misunderstanding will occur that can break the group itself. They do have little fights and arguments but they get along and fix their arguments up because they know what will happen if no one’s going to fix the loosened screws.

We saw their ups and downs; saw them in scandals and such. We helped them get through the darkest caves and helped them pass their waterloo. We are a family. We believed that they will pass every single obstacle they will encounter.

And as more years come and go, I believe that Girls’ Generation will have a special place in our hearts and they will live as long as they are one. One family, one fandom, ONE GIRLS’ GENERATION.

Right now, it’s Girls’ Generation. From now on, it’s Girls’ Generation. FOREVER, it’s GIRLS’ GENERATION.
