When is the good/jjang time to upload? aka many fans around the world is awake?

Btw do u have recommendation when is the the good/jjang time to upload a story? I get many views but I dont get that much comments. coughMaybeMyStorySucksCough. 

Okay, please comment. Oh my time is Malaysia. And I know the difference between South Korea is 1 hour early/late. So what about the rest of the world?

ohh. i might get it. so my time right now is 11.25pm in malaysia. so I should minus 1hour to get S. Korea time aka 10.25pm. then minus 13h will get 7pm. which is the hour in which country?
