3. Yoon Chan Young (18 years old) – probably will be played by Kim Woo Bin – his father is the Secretary for the Empire Group. He is currently dating Lee Bo Na (see 6 below). His father and Rachel Ryu’s mother were former lovers.

Kim Woo Bin is confirmed to play Choi Young Do.

4. Rachel Ryu (18 years old) – played by Krystal –
 The heir of a major hotel group, engaged to Kim Tan and has a one-sided crush on him. A haughty and chic heiress of a major hotel group, she is a girl who wants for nothing in the world.

Her mother, Esther Lee, is the president of the hotel group, and re-married the chairman of a resort conglomerate, who already had a son Choi Young Do (Kim Woo Bin), who becomes Rachel’s unrelated-by-blood older brother due to her mother’s re-marriage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Kim Won (31 years old) – played by Choi Jin Hyuk –  

 

 

The current President of Empire Group, older half-brother of Kim Tan. Kim Won’s mother is dead. Kim Won is dating Jeon Hyun Joo, a high school teacher at Empire High School.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. Lee Bo Na (18 years old) – played by Kim JiWon – former girlfriend of Kim Tan, currently dating Yoon Chan Young. She is the heir to a banking conglomerate.

(Probably will be played by Kim JiWon, if Krystal is playing Rachel Ryu.)

7. Choi Young Do (18 years old) – Confirmed to be played by Kim Woo Bin – 

The older brother to Rachel Ryu/Lee (Krystal).

So here's what we know so far, Krystal will probably play Rachel Ryu instead of Lee Bo Na. Thank god.

 I honestly didn't want Soojungie to get anymore more hate for being a ex girlfriend in a drama starring Lee Min Ho.

Rachel Ryu may also be American, because her name and her mom's name are both English names. So it does make sense for Krystal to be playing Rachel, since she also speaks english fluently.

On the Heirs Wikipedia page, Rachel Ryu is described as haughty and chic 18 year old girl. She is also the daughter of the president of a major hotel group. A rich heiress, in other words. Probably spoiled. I hope not.

Her mom, Esther Lee, is the president of a major hotel group and is probably too busy to be in her daughter's life.

So Rachel may be a rude and lonely heiress who doesn't like showing much emotion, being described as haugthy and chic.

Rachel's mom also got remarried to the chairman of a resort conglomerate, whose already got a son of his own, Choi Young Do (confirmed to be played by Kim Woo Bin, but other articles say that Kim Woo Bin will play Yoon Chan Young.)

Choi Young Do becomes Rachel’s older stepbrother due to her mother's marriage to his father.

Another twist to Rachel's storyline is the fact that her mother, and Yoon Chan Young (played by Kim Woo Bin)'s father were former lovers. 

In theory, for some dumb reason, I also predict that there probably is no father in Rachel's life, so another possibility is that Yoon Chan Young's father is probably Rachel's biological father too, and Rachel is Yoon Chan Young's blood related sister and these two classmates have no idea they're related by blood.

It's just a theory. What do you guys think?

I'm just happy to know that Kim WooBin and Krystal will have some sort of relationship with each other. If Krystal plays Lee Bo Na, then she's also playing his girlfriend in the drama.
