Style : Sooyeon is a person who cares about fashion as much as a normal person cares about the dirt they step on - basically not all that much. Personality : 
[Silence is golden.] Whether it is complaints, comments, or just common conversation, Shizuko does not speak often. More than speaking, she is known for listening to people, no matter the topic and her own opinion. She first listens, observes, then reacts accordingly depending on the situation. She rarely speaks at all and usually only speaks in answer to other things. However, when she feels the need to speak, people listen since she never speaks without reason. She speaks succinctly and honestly and at times she can hurt a person's feelings, but she is simply saying things as how she sees it. Even though it may hurt the other person, she is a firm believer that it is better to be hurt by the truth than to be content in lies. She remains calm in all situations, even at the most random and devastating of times, and will rarely be taken off-guard. He greets his students with a strong right hook (good luck dodging) and he loves to travel. He is super protective of his loved ones but also is quite laidback. If his family wants it, they get it. Just no boys. He's a risk taker and he loves to laugh. He has a bad tendency to curse a lot, but means well. | The two do look like parent and child...just in reverse. Sooyeon is often scolding Yongjin for cursing or stopping him from attacking her friends (all in good meaning, of course). As a model, he's pursued by a lot of people and to keep up his image (and keep away annoying fangirls), he's very blunt, cold, and answers nothing to no one. He's his own boss and gives off a frightening aura in which he's a loner. No one dare bother him. On the other side, however, he's quite childish and loves attention. He laughs a lot and loves not being the model, but the photographer. | Sooyeon is the one he shows the other side to most (besides his own parents) and loves to take her out on 'dates,' especially since he has a sweet tooth too. She gets along with everyone and is simply bright and smiles a lot. She's very kind and is always willing to lend people a hand. She has a bad habit of messing up her words, being a Chinese transfer and all, but most people find it endearing more than annoying. She knows how to take a joke and is a great chef. | Although the two are rivals, the two are very polite to each other and rather than hating each other's guts and the like, it's a respectful rivalry in which the two simply challenge each other. - evil enemy : Kim Yujin [After School's UEE] (20) Yujin, although a student, is already quite famous outside of school. She acts in her free time, gets model jobs, even has a small album out already, etc. (author's choice still) and perhaps it's for that reason that Yujin isn't all that respectful. She's overconfident and has a (bad) habit of throwing fits whenever things don't go her way. She flirts a lot and causes many a fight between girls and their boyfriends for fun. She wasn't always like this, but developed this personality to survive in the entertainment world. | Long story short, Yujin is the epitome of Sooyeon's least liked qualities. Sooyeon does understand that Yujin developed this personality due to her job, but hates her all the same. Luckily they don't encounter each other often. | Dorm 1

Time Capsule

Background Information : She was born in Suzu, Japan and moved to Suwan, Korea a few years later. She entered a piano competition once around 12 years old or so and won first place. She's lived there since. She didn't apply to Yongsan herself actually. Her parents did. Let's leave it simply there for now.

Specific Background : She was born in Suzu, Japan during her parents' honeymoon - yes, her mother did have a wedding while pregnant. They went back to their home in Suwan after a few years and oddly, or amazingly, she was a rather quiet baby. Her parents brought her up as if they were friends or siblings rather than parents and emphasized honesty and health. When she was younger, one of the newer kids at kendo was trying to show off while his parents were talking to the Sooyeon's and was swinging around a real sword that was used as a decoration. She tried to stop him and the kid scratched her. While the kid panicked (and ended up quitting kendo), she stayed calm. She didn't suffer anything serious, but has the scar to this day. As a joke, the birthday after the incident, her parents gave her a silver ring with a star and crescent moon.
She was unbelievably smart, especially with her amazing memory, and skipped a few grades. She worked at his parents' dojo, teaching kids either kendo, judo, taekwondo, or boxing. She also spent quite some time tutoring kids in her neighborhood, including her own friends. Although she was quite content and actually on her plan to inherit her parents' dojo over the years, her parents applied her, without her notice, to Yongsan Academy. Immediately accepted, she debated going but eventually agreed, especially since she decided a challenge would be nice there. She was actually given a choice between all three dorms - good at piano, good at fighting (anything physical really), good brains, and without stage fright. Since she didn't know which dorm was which, she literally took three numbered sheets of paper, threw them, and skewered one (kendo sword).
