someone help me,

I want to start posting on live journal....really badly

but i don't understand anything.....

like do I have to join a community to start posting my fanfics?

Or like....how do these things work.

Because apparently i clicked a button and I'm apart of this one EXO fic communtiy  called sonyeoncheonji or something like that and everytime i click post entery it's all like 'post to sonyeoncheonji' and I don't even think i want to post to that community because the rules are confusing because I don't understand LJ terms

and someone help

or i'll cry.

Where it says post to sonyeoncheonji you can change it and put it in your own page.

Well I've tried to use LJ before and damn it's confusing(well,at least that's what I thought) . I guess using aff is whole lot better in my opinion huhuuu but you can find a lot of good fics there, though^^

plus, if u're using lj, unless u're a graphuc designer or something like or if u know ur way around the css layout, don't be so picky with how ur blog will look like. If u've used friendster before, friendster used the css type of layout, then designing ur blog site would be much easier.

i used to have an lj, it's a pretty good site for fics because most fics in lj have less grammatical mistakes and most plots are really good, but in my opinion aff is better specially if u're looking for a certain genre or type of fic. Communities in lj are much like groups in facebook, u join then u post. But be careful in posting, make sure u follow the rules, they are very strict, specially on tags and most impirtantly plagiarism, a lot of users have been blocked or purged because of plagiarism. Like if u have a storyline similar to another user, u better make up a good reason to prove that ur ideas are yours and original. Anyway, if u've ran a blog before e.g. Wordpress, blogspot, tumblr it's very much the same in posting with lj

Well you make an account. You have your lj, or blog like layout. You post a story on your blog and all that jazz. If you want to share your story on sncj or any other fanfic commmunity, then you click post to sncj and follow their posting rules. you can basically post a link to your story on that community. if you need clarification, feel free to ask.

You don't have to join a community to post a story. You can post your stories on your page. The communities are for people who want to just read whatever that community is for. To post on your own page just slide the mouse over to journal and click post an entry.
