Let's start shall we. ^^ I'll go into the two subunits, and then break off into each member.

EXO-M: I feel that they are my favorite. I'm more biased towards them, because I think that the Chinese members came from a more humble upbringing, and so they are more open minded. I could be wrong though, they could be y in real life, and have the fame up to their forheads.

-----KDDuizhang: I feel that he is the wisest in all of EXO. He's an intelligent, good, all-around-guy. He's one of those guys you'd want to take home to your parents, simply because he has traits that we all admire. Overall, I don't have a bad opinion about him, just that he should smile that cute, gummy smile more often <3 He has a y voice when he sings and wraps, like the last part of the rap in Baby Don't Cry, ugh I melt. And when he sings in 365 and Don't Go? UGH MY FEELS

Yixing: He seems like a sweet guy. I really love his voice, and don't even get me started on those dimples <3 Though high on the look scale, I feel that he is humble about it. He always seems shy when people compliment his looks, which makes me feel like he isn't confident. But when he begins to dance, it looks like he loses himself in he music, and that's really admirable because it shows that he love what he does. I feel that he can make it as a solo artist, after his 13-year slave contract with SM is over. He has an amazing, sultry-like voice that you just want to go to sleep to.

Luhan: Don't really have much to say about him. I don't like him, I don't hate him. Mutual here. He has a nice voice though <3 And that cute face doesn't hurt either :) And I really miss his curly blonde hair^^

Tao: My least favorite in EXO. Sorry guys. He has the traits of a model, and not an idol. This is all my opinion, I'm still an EXO fan. He has the tall nose bridge, piercing eyes, and defined jaw line. He can make it as a model if he signs up for it. Yeah, but overall, I think he's really cocky. There's nothing wrong with being confident, because confidence is y, but he is just self-centered. Shoot me if you feel like I'm just biased, because I just don't like him. Cry me a river.

Jongdae: His voice is pure syrup and honey <3 It's just sweet, and powerful, and ugh, it gives me feels. He has a cute face, and he's just idek, all over the place. He's a troll <3 Love him, he's fun. He seems outgoing, and like the fame hasn't gone up his . My second favorite in EXO-M, just behind Yifan. "She's my brack pearrr" <--- Gull, you gotta love his English <333333333333333333333

Minseok: Xiumin... xiumin... xiumin. I feel like people don't appreciate you enough. But it's okay, come to my house and I'll hug you like a teddy bear and feed you good food :D Just kidding. But really, I feel like hes underappreciated in EXO. He has an amazing voice, and like, I guess (based on a Tumblr post) that he dances better than Jongin. Yeah, okay. I believe that, seriously. His voice is sweet and just ugh, I want to hear it now. *turns on Don't Go*

EXO-K: Mixed feelings. I like some of them. I hate some of them OTL. 

-----KDJoonmyeon: First things first... THAT JAWLINE THO! <3 And his voice, is sweet and pure and just all sorts of freaking perfection. He's adorable, and a good leader to EXO-K. He trained for 7 years, so that just screams dedication. I am assuming that SM didn't appreciate his talents, because seven years is just too much for a person to go through. If I was him, I honestly would have left and gone to Starship or something. But yknow, he's just a good leader, and it really shows through his actions. Especially when he cried when they won #1, I freaking cried along with him because UGH BABY DON'T CRY!

Chanyeol: My bias in EXO-K. You guys know it. I know it. His bubbly personality is just so freaking adorbs, and everytime he smiles, his right eye is smaller than the left one, and it's just so FREAKING CUTE! And his large, cute smile doesn't hurt either. When he wears those glasses, it makes him even cuter. And when he showed his body on a photoshoot :OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I died. That trail of hair running up to his belly button is cute. Ummm, idek what to say. He has no negative traits imo. Just that his reactions sometimes look forced, and not genuine. Like, if you don't find something humorous, don't laugh at it. Even if the other person get's their feelings hurt, just say it straight up. He's cute and rambuncious and just the epitome of perfection imo.

Baekhyun: Least favorite, above Tao. Only thing I can say is that he has a nice voice. IDK. Something seems off about him, he is just the one I don't like in EXO-K. Call me an anti, idc, I'm still a fan of EXO. Ehh, to me, it seems like he has a pencil so far up his , it can't be taken out. >> OTL. If he's your bias, I am really sorry, but I just don't like him. That doesn't mean you can't like him though <3

Jongin: Jealous of his skin tone, body, face, and just everything he is. He has amazing dance skills, and is just like, funny. He has a cute, shy personality that is adorable and like, his eye smile is cute. Just rainbows and unicorns when it comes to Jongin.

Kyungsoo: All sorts of freaking squishiness. He's so adorable, and like, he has a heavely voice. His voice, is just, ugh, I go to sleep to it everynight listening to Baby Don't Cry, and What Is Love, and Into Your World, and pretty much the entire freaking album because its amazing! But in general, he's a cute bundle of squishiness.

Sehun: IDEK what to say. He's adorable, and I miss his rainbow hair. I think the stylist noonas need to stop dying his hair before he goes bald. He goes from Brown to blonde to pink to rainbow to pink and idek if thats the right sequence but it's just too much chemicals! His aegyo is cute as hell. Sure, he failed the audition 2 times (?), but made it the second time. That's perseverance right there <3

I'm gonna do one like this every week, on the SM groups, and then move on to other groups like SISTAR and 2PM, etc. and like solo artists, etc etc etc. Yeah, even though no one reads it, I still want to post my opinion. EXO hwaiting! (eventhough I don't like 2 of the members doesn't mean I don't like the group)
