jaeshik's idiotic bravery is what makes him a good leader. he's not the brightest bulb in the bunch, but jaeshik is not afraid of anything. horror movies? bring it on. roller coasters? yes, please! throw anything at him and he'll take it with a giant smile. jaeshik sees the world with a childlike innocence, and genuinely believes that most people are good on the inside. jaeshik is infectiously positive. his energy spreads to the rest of the band with ease; it's hard not to find somebody standing next to jaeshik with a giant smile on his or her face.

because of his hyperactivity, jaeshik gets annoying fast. his innocence and, well, dumbness make him seem like a 23-year-old little kid. jaeshik also has no idea when people want to be alone. he'll try to cheer them up even if they're pissed at the man himself, and when they snap at him, he'll start to cry. like i said, jaeshik is a little kid in the body of a 23 year old; he's immature at best, and now that his band is being into the spotlight, he has to wise up some. his bravery can also drive him to do some dome things.

sung jaeshik is the youngest child out of four. he had a really nice childhood, as a matter of fact. while his older siblings pursued arts, business, and sports, jaeshik's #1 has always been music. his parents bought him a bass as a christmas present when he was about 11 or 12, and he's been playing ever since. he met a friend of his, yoon soomi, when he was 13, and they've been jamming together ever since.

at fourteen, jaeshik had his first kiss with a friendly girl, eunji. it was a nice kiss, as far as things go, but something didn't click with jaeshik then. kissing a girl didn't feel like fireworks, and that didn't just apply to eunji; it applied to every girl he kissed. at 15, jaeshik realized he was not a straight male. he was gay. and he still is gay, for that matter.

he's been hiding the secret from his parents since then; the members of the four chords all know, as does his eldest brother, but it's a complete secret to everybody else. and he sincerely hopes it'll stay that way, as well as out of the spotlight.
