•                   How she acts around people she doesn't know; MiYoung is very shy when it comes to 'strangers'. She thinks many people are very intimidating since she's really not that tall and she's quite thin. She tends to distance herself from others because she's afraid that they might not like her or they might make fun of her. She'd much rather be alone and away from others when there's a group of people she doesn't know. She's very anti-social and is kept to herself.

 

•                 How she acts around people she DOES know; MiYoung is very bubbly and friendly towards others. She always has a smile on her face and she goes around trying to put a smile on their faces. She enjoys using her aegyo to get what she wants or just for fun. She absolutely adores skinship. If the person allows her to give them hugs and what not, she won't hesitate to hug them and give them kisses (not on the lips). She enjoys comforting others when they're upset and she's always more then glad to help someone else out.

 

•                How she acts on stage/on camera; On stage that's when MiYoung puts on a 'mask'. If y is their concept then she acts as y and fierce as possible on stage, almost as if she was given a role and she plays it out on stage. On stage is when her alter ego comes out and she's not herself anymore, she's a completely different person. When she see's a camera shooting her way on stage, she never forgets to give them a wink or a smirk/grin. When cameras are on (reality/variety show) she tries to bring out her real personality to show how innocent, bubbly, and friendly she really is, but she's very careful to not say anything that'll possibly start rumors about her. 

 

•              How she acts off stage/off camera; Right when MiYoung sets foot off that stage she goes back to being her bubbly self. She's very sweet and makes sure to tell the other members, 'good job' or 'you did great out there'. She's always trying to boost up their confidence. Even if one of the members had messed up she would be sure to tell them, 'it's okay you still did great' or 'everyone makes mistakes, don't worry'. She usually is very energetic, so she's a little hyper at times and does random things, such as making funny faces or randomly doing aegyo. 

 

• MiYoung is an only child which is why it's always been hard for her to talk to others because she never had no one else to talk to other than her parents. It was hard for MiYoung while growing up because her parents had problems with money. They had to pay bills and pay for her education, so they didn't live in a decent house. Their house had no air conditioning or things like that, so the winters were harsh and the summers were blazing hot. Growing up, MiYoung had always had an interest in singing. She took chorus and sang at her school concerts and talent shows. The first time she ever got into dancing was when she saw SNSD's "Gee", she saw how cute and adorable they were and the outfits they were wearing. She wanted to be just like them, they were her idols. She began dancing after she had watched them and her dancing had gotten better and better. When MiYoung had found out about SM holding auditions, she didn't give it a second thought when she went to go try out. She knew this was her opportunity to be able to help her parents with everything and they'd be able to live happily altogether. When she first auditioned they complimented her on her (face) profile. She showed them her singing and dancing and a few weeks later, she was told that she was accepted. Her trainee years were hard for her since she didn't make many friends because of how shy she was. She would cry when she was alone because she didn't feel wanted. Everyone had made friends and they would laugh and practice with each other, but she has always been alone. That didn't stop MiYoung from going for her dreams though, she fought til the end. Anytime she felt like giving up, she would think about her parents and their horribly conditioned house. She would dance until her body was sore and she was sweating, she sang until her she couldn't sing anymore because she might damage her vocal chords. She did her best until the end.

• Personality; Krystal's attitude is as cold as ice, she's very rude and straightforward. If you're not on her good side then she's most likely going to give you a hard time. She doesn't watch what she says around others or in front of cameras, she even sometimes disrespects her members. She's not afraid to speak her mind, if she thinks you're unattractive looking then she'll flat out tell you, "You're ugly." and if she doesn't like you then she'll say, "I don't like you." she's f(x)'s ice princess.

 

• Why are you two rivals; MiYoung and Krystal are both really young, so Krystal has the need to be 'better' than MiYoung in any way possible. They're both the youngest in SM and Krystal wants to be sure that she's the 'better' maknae than MiYoung. MiYoung tried to get along with all the f(x) members, but Krystal didn't even give her a chance. From the start Krystal never liked MiYoung and she thinks that her bubbly attitude is very annoying. Krystal doesn't like MiYoung's personality because she finds it to be quite bothersome.

 

• How do you act around each other; Even though Krystal acts horribly towards MiYoung and gives her an attitude, any time MiYoung see's Krystal she still gives her a smile and greets her properly, but Krystal pretends like she didn't see her. Whenever MiYoung is around, Krystal tries to avoid that area and the people who are near MiYoung, she's always distancing herself from her.
