Lina loves feeling cute whenever she wears something, but she also likes to wear things that make her feel comfortable. She doesn't feel comfortable with showing a lot of skin, unless she's wearing a dress - showing skin with a dress is acceptable, unless it's just barely covering your goodies, then you need to put something over that dress to cover up. Lina is very shy when it comes to her body, so she tends to wear clothes that cover her arms and legs at the same time. Her favorite part of any outfit is the accessories; Lina needs the perfect amount of accessories to pull an outfit together, or else she considers it plain and she then she wouldn't be too happy with the outfit.

Personality:
Lina is a very reserved girl when you first get to know her. She doesn't let people in very easily, which makes her seem rude sometimes; when you try to talk to her, she responds with one-worded answers, or she simple nods or shakes her head. People tend to just leave her alone - they don't want to try and get to know her, but if they did try, they'd get to know the actual her. They'd finally realize that Lina is actually a sweet, caring, curious girl who just wants a friend to be with. She's very concerned and caring with those around her, always wanting to make sure that they're okay.
Lina does not have an angry side whatsoever; it's basically nonexistent to a point that she never gets angry. Whenever people act mean to her, she tends to get upset rather than try to fight them. She thinks of fighting as useless; what's the point of trying to fight someone if all that'll do is cause more fighting? She chooses to be passive and do whatever she can to avoid conflict, even if it isn't exactly the right thing to do. As long as everyone else is doing well, Lina is content with herself at the end of the day. She tries to do at least one good thing a day, whether it's something simple like shyly complimenting someone's shoes, or helping someone study for an upcoming math test, or even dropping everything she's doing to help someone out of a terrible situation.
Background:
Choi Lina was born in Pyeongchang, South Korea to Choi Minah and Choi Jae Sun. Her father, JaeSun, walked out on the family as soon as Minah was born; he didn't want a daughter, nor was he in love with Minah. He left the two women to fend for themselves, and they managed to do it for six year. Minah had died in a car accident on her way back home, leaving Lina without a parental figure to care for her. No one could track down her father, so they shipped her off to live with her grandmother in Seoul. After her mother's funeral, she slowly began to shelter herself. She was constantly shying away from any human contact, leaving her alone to entertain herself with her own thoughts. Eventually she started to do little things around her apartment building for money; she watered Mrs. Hwang's plants while she was on vacation, baby sat the Yoo triplets while their parents went out on date night, and she even helped clean the Moon family's car. With all the money she has been making, she constantly travels to Pyeongchang on the weekends to visit her mother's grave. However, her little jobs haven't been making her a lot of money, so she's searching for an actual job that would pay her with an actual paycheck. Her grandmother reffered her to a brand new coffee shop opening up, and Lina has definitely shown some interest in working at the shop....

Bestfriend: Kim Soojung : 79 : Retired : Soojung is Lina's grandmother and she's the only person that Lina trusts. She had raised the young girl ever since she was six, protecting her from the outside world. They get along really well, but Soojung is very sick at the moment, so she's worried that she doesn't have that much time left. Soojung tries to get Lina to hang around with people her own age; she was the one who told her to apply at the coffee shop, in hopes that she'd have others in her life if she were to pass away. Soojung just wants the best for Lina, and even though she's afraid of leaving her, she knows that Lina will be able to make it on her own if she does get the job at the coffee shop.

Rival: Ryu Hyomin : 18 : Student : Hyomin constantly bullies Lina at every chance she gets. She forces the younger girl to do her homework for her, do their entire project if they're paired together, and sometimes takes the lunches Lina's grandmother makes her. Hyomin knows that Lina won't try to stand up to her, so she keeps going back to bully her more, and Lina does her part by sitting there and not trying to defend herself. She's also the ex-girlfriend of Jongup, so she's jealous of all the time they are spending with each other because Lina has to tutor him.

Love Interest: Moon Jong Up / B.A.P's Jongup
Personality: Jongup is a very popular boy in school. Everyone knows him for his friendly attitude, but that doesn't mean he's a nice guy. He makes sure everyone knows their place in the school; nerds needs to stay away from the popular kids, the loners need to stay alone, and all the girls have to love him. Jongup is arrogant at times, but he can also be humble when he wants to be. He thinks he knows how girls work; he knows every trick to make them crumble, every word that would make them swoon, and every place to touch that makes a woman go wild. Jongup is just that popular boy who thinks he can get any girl he wants, and by the way all the girls react to him, that inflated part of his ego won't be dying down anytime soon.
How you meet: Jongup isn't doing too good in school, so their teacher asks Lina to tutor him. She starts giving him some lessons, yet he thinks of it as a chance to flirt with another pretty girl. Unlike the other girls he's flirted with, he actually feels a connection with her. When she invites him over to her house to study, and he sees all the hard work she does to keep the house running, he realizes that he is in love with her.
Interaction: While Jongup tries to flirt with Lina, she just runs away and avoids his advances. She gets shy every time he compliments her, puts an arm around her, and even when he just shoots her a simple smile. However, when she does manage to not be too shy, she'll give him the occasional peck on the cheek; they're basically going to be at the "puppy love" stage of their friendship / relationship.
Status: Best friends who flirt sometimes.
Backup Love Interest: Lee Sung Yeol / Infinite's Sungyeol
Personality: Sungyeol is one of the biggest jerks in the history of jerks. He laughs at other people's pain, enjoys putting other people in pain, and just full on likes being an a**hole. He's very rough when it comes to his girlfriend; he manhandles her, likes grabbing her in the hallway and kissing her in the most inappropriate of ways, and he cheats behind her back. Sungyeol is very interested in Lina - yes, he does bully her at every chance he gets, but there's this attraction he can't really explain. He won't admit it to anyone; he hides the attraction by being rough on her, but he does let it show every once in a while when he does a slightly good-deed to her.
How you met: Sungyeol goes to the same school as Lina; he's Hyomin's current boyfriend, so she basically manipulated him into ruining Lina's day whenever she's not around to do it herself. The first mean thing he ever did to her is he bullied Lina out of her lunch while Hyomin watched, but he left just a little piece of food for her so she didn't starve for the rest of the day.
Interaction: Sungyeol basically treats her like she's his play thing that he can mess around with like nothing. Anything he demands her to do, Lina does it without uttering a single complaint. She ends up getting hurt by him on a daily basis, mainly emotionally, although there were a few times where he pushed her because she didn't do something right. Whenever he has to bully Lina in front of Hyomin, he tries to hold back and not hurt her too much.

What kind of employee are you: I'm not too sure, I mean, I've never had a job before. I guess I could say that I'm a good worker who gives it her all.
Do you think you are capable of being apart of out staff: Of course! Would I be here if I didn't think I was capable?
What is your favorite kind of coffee: Iced Caramel Frappuccino, extra cream, extra sugar, extra whip cream, and lots of caramel drizzle on top!
What do you specialize in making: My grandmother loves simple black coffee, so I guess you could consider that my specialty? Haha! I'm very good at learning though, so I can easily pick up on how to make the different types of coffee that you offer.
Do you play any instruments: Unfortunately no. But I'd like to learn!
Can you sing: I sometimes sing karaoke with my friends, but I'm not a professional or anything.
Can you cook or bake: I cook and bake for my grandmother all the time! My specialties are bulgogi, cookies, and cake!

Scene Requests: I really really want Lina to bump into her father a bunch of times, but not know that he's her father. I eventually want her to find out, be torn up that he left her mother, and have the other workers at the coffee shop comfort her ^_^! Maybe one of the coffee machines malfunctions, and it starts spraying coffee everywhere? Or someone could rob the store while the workers are closing up for the night, and one of them could get severely injured? I dunno x_x! OH OH OH! Last minute thing, I know this is sort of a sad request, but I'd really like to see Lina's grandmother to pass away a little while after she starts working at the coffee shop, just cause of all the angst it would cause :P! I'm thinking that it would be the perfect way for Lina and Jongup/Sungyeol (whoever she gets as her lover) to become a couple - like, he can comfort her because she's upset, crying, unable to do anything, and he just helps her back on her feet.
