After hearing the real score about Taeyeon and Yoona’s condition in the MTV interview in New York, I got pissed at allkpop’s article (taken down, thanks a lot) researchers for saying that “netizens” are criticizing Taeyeon and Yoona for being unprofessional, when no SONE really had a problem with their behavior on the MTV studio.

I watched the video and saw the photos, I knew that the two were really struggling to carry themselves, but they still pulled through the interview and the fan meeting. There were also fan accounts that described them as “looking like they were dying” or “looked like death”, which really holds a lot of weight, even though they are just descriptions.

Even before coming to New York, Taeyeon had a cold. And according to KpopCore, while she was in New York, she accidentally ate some food containing nuts, and suffered a nut allergy.

One SONE on Twitter described what was it like to have one. The symptoms are: throat closing up, high blood pressure, hives, difficulty breathing and swallowing. And these symptoms are just from eating traces of nuts. How much more if one eats like, 2-5 pieces of nuts? It can actually result to death.

From what I picked up in the podcast, Taeyeon was vomiting and choking, and had to take medication to be able to breathe. To breathe.

And Yoona was so tired after the SMTOWN NY performances and had a fever. She also hurt her ankle in the fanmeet. After dancing “The Boys”, she was limping, but dismissed it after some first-aid.

They are such kind-hearted and hardworking people to appear on these priorities even though they’re sick and feeling like dying. They don’t want SONEs to worry, that’s why they still go on. They work 7 days a week, with hardly any rest. And they are called unprofessionals? That is downright stupid. Last Sunday, when Taeyeon was replying to UFOs, she said that all she wants, more than any material thing, is sleep.

I’m actually glad that all members are feeling better right now. Glad to see them smiling and jumping around. See them in Music Bank earlier? They were like kids, all giddy and euphoric over an award like it’s their first. 

I guess people should hear the whole story first before jumping to conclusions. And I really hope that people who wish to write such articles would spare SONEs (disguised as “netizens”) from all the crap. SONEs (at least the true ones) understand, that’s why they express their worry for the girls.
