Poster shops

Why is all the poster shop (mostly all) CLOSED?! Just when I need a poster, they're all closed. This , really do :(

I just browse the poster/posters/graphic/graphics tags. There is a shop bound to be open. I mean, looking at the social section alone, I know new ones opened and others are hiring.
