Life of a writer

I think being a writer is as tough as being a mangaka though my dream before was to be draw than to write... I need to find scenarios and watch movies to be able to write more detailed novels. I have to observe people to know how they act.. how they move... how they talk just to be as accurate as I can...

More than that... the feelings involved with the stories aren't always coming from the imagination... which makes it harder.... all for the sake of self satisfaction and just a number of people appreciating the work.

But Yeah... no matter how hard it is... I still love writing... even if no one reads them... because with writing I can explore different kinds of culture, reenact different scenarios, fall in love with the same person over and over again (though he won't know a thing) and be in control.

I'm happy I guess.

Thanks ^^ being a writer is a tough job but we all love it so I'm doing it. Thanks for the suggestion... I'm actually taking a trip to other places to be able to have realistic descriptions ^_^

Aw, I love your post! I totally get what you mean - I myself do that sometimes to get a sense of how to describe my characters actions, but at same time, just don't limit yourself to examining people. Go out there and look at the world around you! Describe a tree, a building, a car, a cat - something! It'll help you even more with description - trust me. I pretty badly at describing and that's how I'm improving.

Anyway, good luck with your writing!

P.S. The fact that you thought of being a mangaka is pretty awesome. I'm an artistically challenged manga freak...so yeah. xD
