can you guys recommend me some program/application/software for photo editing??

for iPad, iPhone and laptop

i don't mind if i have to spend some money as long as it has a good feature,

GIMP and Photoscape for laptop is free. Photoshop needs to be purchased.

Cool photo editing apps in my android which I am sure apple has: photofunia, pixlr-o-matic [this is my fave], photowonder, photoshop express, picasa tool. I also have photobucket installed so I could easily upload them.
