Darkyoung's Story Recommendations & Reviews: Disclaimer (as of July 8, 13)

1. If I do not recommend a fic, I disclaim that I think negatively. When requests start to open, my not reviewing or recommending a fic does not directly mean that I dislike or do not recommend the fic personally. I will try to review every fic requested, and will put any positive or negative aspects of the fic there. But I am also a human, and have things to do, and personal opinions. In the case that I feel that my comments will be more negative than positive, then I will not recommend/review a fic. In the case that I am too busy, I will choose to recommend/review a fic that is of more important/interest to me. Please understand that this shop is completely based off of MY opinion, and I make all descisions to my own bias.
2. If I write anything positive about your fic, please understand that I am expressing my affinity to your fic. Please do not misunderstand and think that I am of any better or older author. I am just saying what I like about your fic. 
3. If I write anything negative about your fic, please understand that I am crticizing your fic in a constructive way. I will not recommend/review any fic if I personally think my criticism will be too much or too harsh. I hope you understand that as a fellow author, I feel and know the same things you do. An author always needs someone to make constructive criticsm about their writing or particular fic, and that is what I am doing. I will carefully monitor my words to avoid any misunderstandings. Please know that anything I say is not anything personal to you as an author, but about the fic itself. 
4. Please keep in mind that if you are uncomfortable with anything mentioned in the shop, then that I am 100% willing to abide to your requests. I will continue to keep the boundaries as writer and reader, and respect your opinions on my recommendations/reviews itself. 
5. Please keep in mind that every fic mentioned might or might not be here by approval of the author. In the case that the author does not want their fic in this shop, then I am perfectly fine with removing. All needed is a private message, and I will abide to your request, no questions asked.
