It has been weeks since I tried to look for that daragon fanfic that I can't seem to remember the title.  All I remember was that Dara forgets everything after one day and that Jiyong lives next door.  He had left notes and reminders for her on everything.  Jiyong was a jazz player but he decided to write a book for her.  And the book starts something like, " My name is Kwon Jiyong. I live next door."

Jiyong died from a disease and Dara was tracing hearts on his chest praying not to take him. Lee Minho did a cameo as the editor.

The story was nicely written and I hope to find it soon. I wonder if anyone remembers the title?
