Persoanlity: She is soically awkward and doesn't like meeting new people. The people she does meet and come to love, often die and that freaks her out. She believes she's better off alone. She doens't like trusting anyone either; it's very hard for her to.
Background: Her mother was an assassin. And a good one at that. Luna never met her father but somehow ran into her half-brother. She bascially raised herself, her mom being on missons all the time and when her mother was home, she would often train Luna in the art of killing and stealing.

Comments/Questions?: Okay so, I need to explain her obssesive amount of tattoos. I'll go in order;
Back - it was her first rebelous act against her mother when she was 16. She didn't know what she wanted but she knew she wanted something big, so she went with her names sack; the moon.
Finger - This was for Catherine when she died a few months after Luna got her first tattoo
Ankle - For Derek when he died. She was really close with him, even though she didn't know their father.
Wrist - Both for when her mother was annouced dead even though there is no body to prove it.
Side - To signal her independence from any group
Scene suggestions: Can she have a scene with Joe (Who she calls Kingsley or King for short)? She doesn't have to get a tattoo but it would be great if she did. Since Joe is really she only 'firend' she opens up to him, he's kind of like a therapist.
