Personality : Gianna is definitely a happy person. She doesn't like being upset, nor does she like seeing anyone around her upset. She'll always try to cheer you up, no matter how rude you act towards her. It's just in her nature to help people; it sometimes gets on people's nerves when they want to be left alone, but Gia doesn't mean any harm in caring. However, just because she can be caring and mature when she wants to be, doesn't mean that she's a square. Gia is almost like a child in a way - she's so full of energy, still curious about life, and doesn't want any huge responsibilities just yet. You can almost say she's the perfect balance between a mature-adult and crazy-child.
What people love about Gia most is her inviting-aura that she has. From the minute you lay eyes on her, you can tell that she's a genuinely good person who cares for others. She can sometimes care too much for a person, which then makes her oblivious to everything else going on around her. Gianna is very easy to manipulate; she always trusts whatever you say - stranger or not - and she'll do whatever you please. You can almost say that she's a doormat sometimes, ready for people to step all over her. It isn't intentional though, she just manages to come off that way.
Gianna will defend herself if she feels the need to do so. You can manipulate her, attack her, and even humiliate her to the point of no return, but never make the mistake of trying to mess with her family or friends. She'll gladly turn into a lioness and rip you apart in the blink of an eye. No one has ever made her that mad, though, so she has never actually been able to show off this darker side she has. She prefers to keep it locked up behind the sweet, motherly image that she has created for herself...
Background : Gianna was born on a rainy evening in April. She was the final child to bless the Woo family, coming three years after Kevin, and seven years after Rachel. Her parents raised her to become something big, like a lawyer, or a doctor! They wanted all of their children to get well-paying jobs, marry respectful spouses, and celebrate with a stable future ahead of them. As the kids grew up, Rachel slowly followed the orders of her parents, while Kevin and Gianna both wanted to settle on a different path; they wanted to become famous musicians!
From a young age, Kevin's talent for singing was undeniable. And while he chose to hone his singing abilities, Gia shot for instruments instead. Her parents - thinking it was only just a phase - bought her the instruments, hired a music teacher to help her learn the ropes, and then she was off doing her own thing. While they wanted her to stick with classical instruments, like the Violin and the Piano, she wanted to go with a more edgy style. After being tired by the same stupid lessons, she convinced her parents to buy her a guitar. What they didn't realize is that they sealed the deal in Gia's mind with that single purchase.
Shortly after their grandmother became ill with cancer, the Woo family moved to Korea shortly after Gianna turned ten. Kevin was scouted just a few months after the move over, and soon enough he debuted as one of the original members of XING. After Kevin moved into the dorm with his new group, Gianna began to practice her skills at home, preparing herself to become an idol one day. Her mother, wanting her to at least have a back-up plan that she might enjoy, taught her the basics of being a makeup artist. It was soon learned that she had quite a knack for makeup, and she soon enough decided that it was her go-to backup in case her singing-dreams crashed and burned.
Kevin's debut under U-Kiss was even more of an inspiration for Gianna to practice. Her big brother was living their dream, and she was going to join him one day! That one day seemed to be getting closer and closer, up until the point that she was scouted by Kevin's company. Not even a year into training did she realize that she had some huge shoes to fill in; Kevin had been through two groups already, as well as being a huge star on his own. Gia realized that she wanted an image of her own, not reap the benefits of being the younger sister of an idol. In a split-second decision, Gia left the company, dyed her hair blonde, and cut her long locks of hair to a shorter hairstyle.
It took her a little while to get back on her feet, but once she found TS Entertainment, she knew everything was going to be alright. She had the drive, the determination, and the will-power to work her off from the very bottom. Gianna didn't want any special treatment whatsoever; she wanted to work herself to the bone, just like every other trainee. And from all that hard-work, Gia had felt something she had never felt before in her life. Accomplished.

Trainee Life : During her time under NH Media, Gianna felt very uncomfortable around everyone. They all referred to her as "Kevin's little sister" or "Mini Kevin" and she eventually got fed up with it. So she decided to shift over to TS Entertainment, which has treated her much better than her previous situation. Kevin supports her move to training under TS, thinking that it's her first steps into creating a name for herself. Everyone has supported Gia throughout her entire experience, and she greatly appreciates them for it.
