Not really sorry ( don't hate me),but this is...

Well,(to me) it looks like it took five minutes(

Try not making dark lines too much
I would recommend a shading pencil, but some people can shade really well without shading pencils
Use more shadows on the face to give it dimension
Also try to blend in the hair, usually when I can't find a shading pencil I scibble on the place I want shaded darker and then smug it with an eraser to make it better.

Again I'm not trying to be mean just critical and giving advice :)

Just a bit of advice: Making the nose less pointed up can make it seem better. The part above the lips can be smaller and the jaw could be less wide. But other than that, it's really good~!

I'm terrible at drawing so yours is better than anything I could do. I'm really good at tracing though xD
