personality all I can say is be creative and detailed! but this isn't really the most important part of the application, just be yourself and creative!

trivia all your likes, dislikes, hobbies, habits, etc go here. these are unlimited, put as many as you like.
stage name optional. if you have none, just put your regular name here.
history how were you as a trainee? how did you get into SM? how were you treated? the list can go on. this is your character's training history!
years how many years did you train to get into celestial?
persona what are you known as to your fans? are you the dancing machine? the charismatic playboy? the sweet angelic princess? be creative! it should describe your character in 2-3 words.
sub unit group(s) you can be in up to two. you have to be in either angels or guardians depending on your gender. you can be in air if you want to, but your character must speak mandarin. they don't have to be chinese, though.
positions okay, this is going to be different from other group apply fics because I am giving you the freedom of choosing WHATEVER combination of main/lead/sub position you want. just make it reasonable. you're obviously not going to be a main in singing, dancing, and rapping. remember: main>lead>sub. main is the "greatest" position and sub is the "lowest" position. highlight your three chosen positions in each category or highlight jack of all trades.
