A Fanfic Without Romance

    Yo, party people! Anyone know of a decent fanfic that doesn't focus on romance? I'm getting tired of all this lovey-dovey, happy ending stuff and I want to read something that will make me think—or something that will make me cry—about life and its difficulties. Just curious to know if stuff like that exists on this website. Well, I know it probably does, but it's hard for me to find something like that. 

Something else it shouldn't be: 

  • a "you" story because I dislike those

Something it can be:

  • an oc story
  • an angst story
  • a story with anything else that doesn't have romance in it or "you" as one of the tags/ characters

 

P. S. On an irrelevant note, the video gamer within me is alive again and has noticed that FINAL FANTASY XV and KINGDOM HEARTS III are coming out sometime near the end of this year (but I probably won't be able to get/ play them *stab, turn, stab, turn*). I think Lightning Returns was supposed to come out next year; I want to play that too. Definitely spazzing over this right now. 

 

If I get no response, then I know that no one has a suggestion.

If you haven't already read it I recommend "Kyuhyun it's been hard on you". It's a long fic but it's great. It focuses on the relationships between the SuJu members, specifically Kyuhyun's relationship with the others. It made me cry morw than once.

Here's one, its angst and is already 10,000 words long. Its a Chen story and its possible that it will be around 50,000 words when finished. Plus, the writing is decent if I say so myself.

That is how I felt even I heard about kh3. When I had about final fantasy XV, at first I was sad because versus 13 hadn't come out yet but now I'm trying to figure out how to get the money to buy both games and the system. MUST HAVE!

I have this Fic that I'm finishing up and it has maybe a sprinkle of romance in it. It has more to do with action. It's also M rated.
There is this one fanfic that Water_Lily has called Becareful what you wish for.

I have some non-romance stories but they're either oneshots or on hiatus.

I do~ it's called But I Hate You.
It has romance in it but its not rainbows and unicorns.
It made me cry twice.
