“It’s no use even if you take it to heart.”

130613 Seungchan’s Diary: “It’s no use even if you take it to heart.” I’ve been doing some thinking on this saying recently. People’s existences is based on self-reflection. We all have our own worries and difficulties. Due to our endless thinking, the anxiety in our minds is bound to become stress. And stress will eventually create negative impact on our mental health. I’ve had a little talk with a psychology professor recently and he has advised me on how to cope with stress. Apparently, the best method on reducing stress is to rationalize yourself. He told me that extreme self-rationalization can negatively affect one’s critical thinking, but it can be very effective if you know how to moderate it. If you feel like you’re overwhelmed with anxiety right now, you should try to rationalize yourself and tell yourself that over-thinking is pretty much useless. A more effective way to deal with your worries is to just let go and keep a clear mind. If we all follow this, maybe we wouldn’t feel as pressured and stressed out even when we take things to heart…Honestly, this is how I think…hehehehehe ^^ Again, everybody worked hard today!
