Hi there, I'm quite new to Asianfanfics.com and not quite sure how this site works... Anybody there who'd be willing to teach me some things?

1. What is the arrow thing beside the stories?

2. What are karma points? How are they used?

3. What does 'subscribing' to a story do?

4. What is the 'tag' used for?

I'm going to open up a graphic shop for a friend and I think knowing the basic functions of this website will be helpful.

Hello dear .
The arrow thing beside a story is called an upvote. An upvote is good for stories. People subscribe to keep in track with the story; people upvote a story because they find it to be that interesting/good. It's sort of like a bonus for a story, and the more upvotes a story has, the better it looks.
Karma points; well, just click on the FAQ button and you'll find the answers around there.
Subscribing to a story helps you keep up with the story, so when a new chapter is added, it'll inform you.
The tag is the basic information about the story. For example, if you're writing a romantic fanfiction, you may add the tag romance. If you're writing about the band SNSD, you would add the tag SNSD.
