What determines your maturity is not in your habits but in your ways of thinking. I've read this list and most of it describes only certain groups of people's habits, be it children or adults or old people.
In fact, I find this childish. Just because you're an adult you have to go to Starbucks? Really? I wouldn't go there even if I'm half a century's age unless my friends force me there. Just because you type slow you're like a child? No one will take you seriously unless you're 25? What does punctuality have to do to show your age? Forgetting your birthday shows your age? I have an aunt who's over 50/60 but still remembers even her brother-in-law's birthday!
Geez, who even created this? They seriously don't know the world well.
