Eunmi was born to A Korean dad and Korean Mom. She was born in Bucheon, South Korea, she was supposed to be born in the United States but it didn't work out that way. She's an only child. Her parents would say, " She's enough. " If you ever asked them why they didn't have anymore kids. Eunmi's grandparents died when she was very young. 3 months after Eunmi was born her parents and her moved to Los Angeles, California where she studied until she was 14 and her parents decided the wanted to move back to Korea, her dad got a job offer in Seoul so they moved there. Eunmi had always been interested in singing and dancing so she went to Seoul Academy of Performing Arts. Where she was offered a job as a Kpop star.
