So, just now I read about some "petition to change AFF for the better of talented writers".

To the one I took this from and all others who spreaded this: Pls don`t take this personally, but this is my own opinion about this. 

And I`ll qoutue this:

This is what everyone's been waiting for.
You still want to c h a n g e AFF?

- That ty homepage?
- The layout?
- Roleplays and click-and-drag games being featured?

Oh god, if enough people sign, we can finally change everything!

First I have to say, that this is total .

I agree with the Roleplays and click-and-drag games being featured. This shouldn`t happen in any way and is just unnecessary.

I have nothing against the layout though. I think its really comprehensible. Much more comprehensible then Livejournal. Some ppl don`t like green, some don`t like blue, pink, black, red or whatever. You can`t make everyone happy. So ppl should be a bit more realistic here and IF you write "ty homepage", why are you even a member anymore? If you think this homepage is "", then you should go. The owner of the page put a lot of work into the site and ppl should be happy there is a site like AFF. Please have a little more respect. I read once that the owner made this site for his dead girlfriend or something, but I don`t know if this is true.

I bet some 12 year old kid made this petition. I understand that some good writers are pretty much underrated here and that they are angry about this. Maybe even their readers. I don`t know. But you have to be realistic here once again!

WHY are these ppl underrated? Because ppl unfortunately like reading/making up Roleplays, click-and-drag games or bad written stories. Stories get featured because ppl click on it. So ppl should change first, then such "stories" won`t be featured anymore.

God, THINK before you do something like this. This is just unnecessary.

And before you begin to bash on me, yes I did click on the link (I won`t link this here) to look what these ppl who made this up wants. I can understand you, really, but to make something like this really won`t help. If you don`t like something, talk to the moderators of the page or even with the owner himself. If you have problems or question or whatever I sure you can talk to them. 

This whole thing just makes me angry. Ppl not having respect for someone elses work.
