personality; ​Sungah is sensible and chosen in accordance with wisdom or prudence. She is slow to reveal her emotions or opinions and that scares her friends. In her school and home, she is known for being responsible. She is also a quiet type person. Sungah is very attentive and gets concerned easily, in short, fastidious and tense. She is unsocial and not much talk to people. Other than that, she's a considerate person, one who is always very careful and not to cause inconvenience or hurt to others. She thinks more than twice first.

Sungah is also is an over-protective person, especially to her brother, but in her looks, it's not. She may seem calm in the outside but inside, she's filled with anxiety and worry. Usually introverted, she's stable and thoughtful. She likes to be fashionable and are up on the latest trends, but never flashy or gaudy. In short some of her personalities, a good listener, detail oriented, analytical, creative and inventive. She tend to be cooperative, clever, passionate and smart. Sometimes due to her sensitive personality, she can't sleep well. While she is capable of leadership positions, she may not take them because the stress is not good for her tightly wired systems.

Sungah is a sensitive person. She's easy to be hurt from even a small matter and she is unnecessarily sensitive. She thinks in her way, interpret, and misunderstood. But hiding her own thought, she look like a nice person considering others and take care of her surroundings. She likes the romantic mood, forget reality, and are indulged in fantastic world. Unexpectedly, she is a stubborn perfectionist...

background; Sungah was born in Cheongju, North Cungcheong, South Korea at December 18, 1994. She was the first daughter of Yook Sungpyo and Song Ahyoung. Her parents take care of her very well. Her family was not-that rich but almost one. She is the elder sister of Yook Sungjae, or known today being a member of BToB. At her family, she was known for her milky white skin. At her school, she was very quiet and don't talk much to other people. She, at her family, just do what they say. She follows them like a robot but she is a good child to them. At the age of 9, she grow an interest to the Japanaese culture because when her brother let her watch a anime. In her school, she was always second, in grades most but not at dancing.

During her teenage days, she was popular at her school. She was like the almost perfect student but we know no one is perfect in the world. Starting from her grades, beauty and personality. At her teenage days also, she found a BFF, Jung Hyelim or now known today as Eunji and a member of Apink. She discovered her talent when Eunji let her sing at a karaoke. Also, Eunji is the one who made her realize that she wanted to be an idol by forcing her go to a concert of Wonder Girls. After founding her talent, she practices everyday. Her family is also happy for her that she will not be like a bookworm sitting in the corner of the library because of her shy personality. She also gave up being shy to reach her dream to became an idol. She and Eunji both auditioned to CUBE Ent. She was supposed to be an Apink member until they said that Namjoo will replace her and she will be transferred to SM Entertainment. When she was transferred, SM want to make sure first so, she sang Secret's I Want You Back.

reason of rivalry: When Hong Seungsung, the founder and owner of CUBE Ent, was deciding the official members to be Apink while they perform. He thought of making Sungah a member while she performs, until Namjoo saw it and made Sungah embarassed on the stage by saying something harsh, making Sungah lost in words and trip on stage. Hong Seungsung thought that she couldn't be a member and she is too shy, he thought that that is the reason why she tripped. He decided to just transfer Sungah to SM Entertainment.

trainee years; She first auditioned to CUBE Entertainment with Eunji. She became a trainee there for 3 years and became close with other CUBE artists and trainees, closest are 4minute's Gayoon and BToB's Minhyuk. It was her first time there and she didn't thought that it would be that hard, but it's okay to her because it will lead to her dream becoming an idol. She was about to be chosen as a Apink member (in the background!), until Hong Seungsung decided to just transfer to SM Entertainment. When she was transferred, it was like she was a new student at school, she don't know anybody and awkward. But she will always do her best to reach her dream.
