Personality:
Her image is one of approachability, and that's really easy for Yijae to pull of, because she's nothing if not approachable. She's not shy in any sense of the word. She's very adventurous and loves new things, and doesn't get really embarrassed easily. When she does get embarrassed, she totally overracts - she'll cover her face with her hands while jumping up and down and making high-pitched noises of protest. The reason she does this is mainly because she's hoping that people would be too busy going "oh she's so cute" than "wait she just did something really stupid". Yijae's a bit of a perfectionist in that sense - she doesn't want people to see or notice when she screws up.
Yijae is often considered the "moodmaker" of her group, along with the maknae. She loves to joke around and just have fun in general. She loves to play games. Whenever people want to decide something, she's the first to shoot up and propose something like "luck fire luck" because rock paper scissors is "too boring". She's the kind of person that's easily entertained but gets bored easily as well. If someone comes up with a new idea for a game or something to occupy them, she'll be the first to jump at the idea. She'll also be the first to go "oh wait, this is more boring than I thought it would be, can we do something else?"
Logic is not Yijae's strong point. If someone wants her to see or figure something out, it would be much easily just to tell her straight up instead of letting her try and puzzle it out herself. She's not very good at puzzling things out. Her logic tends to work slower than other people's and she sometimes just gives up and gives a completely random, wild guess. It's not that she's stupid, per se - she's just not really good at inferences. She'd rather just to be told directly.
(okay, no, it's totally that she's stupid)
Yijae is very good at sensing people's general emotions and moods, though. She can normally tell if someone's feeling upset, and will then work to figure out why that person is upset. That step usually takes a while. After that, though, she'll do whatever she can to make the person feel better. It's not exactly out of the goodness of her heart - it's more that she sees it as a game in and of itself and takes it like a challenge. She rather likes challenges.

Ideal Type: Someone who is kind and sweet and considerate, who puts others before himself but doesn't neglect himself either. Someone who isn't afraid of commitment and is very responsible. Yijae doesn't really mind what he looks like, although she does prefer more "flower boys" than "beastly men". She wouldn't mind someone who was really funny and a good talker, either.

Do you get jealous easily?: Kind of. If she loved someone, she'd get jealous really easily (even worse because she'd jump to conclusions way quicker than she should). If she only had a crush on him, though, she wouldn't get jealous at all, really. She'd just go find someone else to crush on

Does your company let you date?: Eh...they said that we shouldn't, but I'm an adult now! I think that I should be able to, right?
What were your first thoughts about joining the cast?: I was so excited. You can ask any of my members - I screamed for a while and then I think I went and jumped on out couch before Juah-unnie pulled me back down and told me to stop destroying the furniture. Then I went to my room with maknae and we screamed for a while more. /laughs/ I think our manager will want to kill me when I get back.
Have you ever been on dates before?: I had a boyfriend in high school, before I became a trainee. We dated for - two months? - and then we broke up. We never really did anything together, either. I think we had one date where we went to a movie theater, but that was it. Does that make me more experienced than others? I never considered myself experienced though...
What do you think about idols and dating?: I think it would be really difficult to date because of all of our schedules, you know? We're always busy and we try to use our free time to train some more so we can be better and give something better to our fans. If our schedules could work, though, I think that it would be really fun to date. As long as the fans don't get too mad.
Do you think you'll fall in love?: I think I will. Yuah-unnie always said that I was the most romantic one. /laughs/ That's totally wrong, though. Heesun's the romantic. I think she's fallen in love so many times already I wouldn't be able to catch up even if I tried. I haven't really tried, I guess, because I don't think I've fallen in love before.
Do you want to fall in love?: Ah, I don't know...I think it could be really sweet and then all of the members would be jealous of me /laughs/. I think it would be really scary, though, don't you? I think the entire concept of love is scary. But...ther more I consider it, the more I think...maybe I'd like it. Maybe it wold be fun.
Have you ever been in love?: No. Not romantic love, at least. Ah, does that make me weird?
