Hi guys~ So here is another side of being a fangirl. Recently, I posted about having a single fandom and its perks. You know guys its really up to you, I'm just stating my opinion :) Besides being a fangirl is not an easy thing, but its worth my life. You can never leave your fandom, you may forget things but you know in yourself that a fangirl lives within you.

So I'm here to give out some things on WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A FANGIRL. Many people are not aware of us. They call us freak and loner. We only spend our whole day in front of our laptops, but they are not aware of the things we do. Hope you can relate guys~

1. We ( fangirls / fanboys ) are expert hunters.

- Most of the fans can easily update and have a lot of connections, some even have direct connection with the company or idol. We can track down their location at that time being, they're latest posts in twitter, naver, baidu, kakao, insta etc. Some fans even know where to buy the clothes of our oppas / idols.

2. We are multi-lingual

- Fans provide subtitles on dramas, variety shows after 1 day of its airing. We aim to learn hanggul on our own and learn korean through watching dramas and even imitate they're accent and intonations.

3. We know how to save money

- We can save money so easily. Most of us practice self control. Every penny counts. A lot of merch is waiting for us so we have no choice but to save money and not spend every piece of it.

4. We are patient

- Most idol groups comeback after 1 year or 6 months ( except BAP. they comeback every month loljk. ) So we need to wait for a long long long long long time before we could listen to another song of bias. But while waiting, we spazz on other groups. Most kpop fans are multifandom.

5. We easily make friends

- We could easily make friends by just attending gatherings, conventions or even online. I have a lot of kpop friends in twitter. I so love my tlist ( @dd_mato ). Its really good to make friends and share not spazz about your oppars. Think y thoughts and the like. GUYS WE ARE NOT LONERS.

6. We are nocturnal

- Most of us are nocturnal. We usually stay up all night, watching drama, variety shows, music videos and things especially when the internet connection is good. Furthermore, we update at night and spazzing at night is really convinient, everybody's sleeping and we could fantasize about oppa.

7. We are gifted

- There are many type of fans. Here are some.

Artist

Fans who are gifted in editing photos of idol groups, tumblr famous, HD photos, cool gif and such. They have a really really broad idea about arts especially when they see their bias.

Writers

These are the ones like me ( ? ) They write fan fictions about their bias where they express their imaginations. Its really fun reading fanfics. It could satisfy your need in daydreaming.

Singers

Fans also have talent in singing especially those who cover kpop songs. They do not simply cover it. They'll have renditions of it, translate it into english, sing it in a ballad-way and stuff.

Dancers

These are the ones who cover kpop dances. Most of them join contests in kpop conventions and things. Or some post their covers up on Youtube. Some also have dance tutorials of the kpop dance steps. One good source is learnkpopdance.com

Musically Inclined

Some fans know how to play a lot of instruments. We are really talented when it comes to music. Some play the guitar, violin, piano or even form an acapella group. Check out guitargyu.tumblr.com

Netizens

These includes all of us fans. We are called netizens or "net citizens" for we actually live in the computer. Just kidding. We are updated of all the happenings around our idols and we've been like this for what seemed like decades. But there are fans who provide us news about our idols / oppa so all hail to you guys. You are heaven sent.

That's it guys. But I want to clear up things guys. Recently, I've checked my facebook account and I read a post on a certain SJ ELF Fanpage, it's not official tho, that one of the admin is really upset about her friend. It's because they start to like kpop because of Super Junior ( even me ) but then her friend joined other fandoms and the told her friend that she is not a loyal fan. If you love SJ, you should love them, only them, until the end.

Guys, on my opinion I don't think that the girl who joined other fandom is worthy to be called unloyal. I mean lets put it this way, what if your best friend have other best friend, does that mean she's not loyal? No! Its like a fandom guys. You may like a lot of groups at the same time, and love them equally. Yeah you have your bias, but you know in yourselves that you love everyone in that certain group,  not just only your bias. And what's the problem when you cheer and join other fandoms? Its like limiting yourself to what you want which basically is not good.
