description: stylish, always up to date with the latest trends. because her family is freaking rich, well let's just say that all of her clothes are those with expensive brands. accesorizing are one of her favorite things to do, bracelets, earrings, necklaces and rings, she has a big box of her own accesories because it won't fit in her wardrobe. did i tell you that she has a walking closet? she has a lot of clothes so it's a bit rare to see jinhee wearing the same outfit all over again, unless it's one of her favorite clothes.

expansion: you can guess that kang jinhee came from a wealthy family the moment you saw her. decked out with blings, branded clothes and she's very proud to flaunt them. snobby at times, especially if it's about her tall height (she's standing at 171 cm fyi, pretty tall for a 15-soon-to-be-16-year-old). her family definitely has good genes, she's also confident about her looks. whether it's about her clear porcelain-like skin or the gazillion clothes that she owns, she often show it off. but that's just her way in being confident. there's no 'shy' 'introverted' or 'quiet' in her dictionary. because being shy, gets you nowhere, that's her motto. very sociable and easygoing, you can easily be her friend. but not everyone is able to stand her spoiled attitude so that's why she doesn't have many friends either. that's okay for her, she came to school to study and not to gain friends. friends? you'll get more of them later on when you're an adult.

her artistic side... is very artistic. don't you ever disturb her 'artsy time' where she draws or designs as much as she wants. you'll get shooed away immediately by her. if you continue bugging her then expect her to throw harsh words at you. not really curse words, just some words that could hurt you in the same way, because curse words are so 'unladylike'. carries her notebook and samsung galaxy tab everywhere she goes, in addition to her galaxy note, ofcourse. her notebook is when she wants to draw black and white, her tab is when she's in the mood to design with color and her note is for her to draw too. when she suddenly got an inspiration to design or draw, she'll be little weird and unlike the usual posh jinhee, she'll be quirky. no matter when, she'll immediately take her notebook / tab / note and draw or design as if she was possessed or something, a smile will appear to her face after she's pleased with her work, and continue being the posh jinhee as if nothing ever happens.

despite her artsy fartsy and snobbish traits, she's quite intelligent too. sometimes she's unprepared but she'll do what she's best at, using her instincts. her common sense is good, her brain runs well so her instinct is one of her best friend too. that type of person who thinks forward and doesn't give a single damn about the past. jinhee talks without thinking, she'll say what's in her mind without thinking of the consequences of it. i guess that's what made the girl who seemed perfect, imperfect. but everyone's flaw makes them perfect, another motto of hers. so yeah, basically she's confident with her weird way of speaking.

background: grew up as the only daughter of a rich family, life seems to be easy for kang jinhee. not at all, her parents always reminds her that she should know what she wants to be when she grow up until she was 10, she was sure that being a fashion designer is her dream when she accompanied her mom to seoul fashion week, watching those models who struts of deisgner's work. she was amazed by those outfits and she finally know what she wants to be. she asked her parents that she wants to study at an arts school in france, her parents granted her wish asap because they're sure that their daughter will be successful later if she pursue her dream. jinhee is a spoiled girl so that's why she's often becomes a snob, especially after she went back to seoul from france, she boasts about her studies there even more. the reason why she went back? she missed home, that's all. i guess those sayings were right about home being the best place where you should be, 'home sweet home'.

friends: yoo youngjae - 17 - 2 - smart, charming, talkative, secretive, lazy - jinhee's childhood friend, although he threw a fit when jinhee is back (because she left him without any words!), he's the first one who finally accepts her return.

lee yooyoung - 16 - 1 - lovable, shy, sweet, physically strong, indecisive - the school's top gymnast, jinhee's middle school friend and known as the visual four (with youngjae and minhyun) during the first year of middle school. childish at times, that's why she's still a bit upset when jinhee returns as if nothing ever happens (and she changed!)

hwang minhyun - 18 - 3 - sweet talker, active, confident, talkative, humourous - the oldest out of the visual four, loves his friends as if they were his siblings. a member of the student council and despite his age, he's the one who often did stupid things.

family: kang jinhyuk - 49 - alive - father - department store owner - calm, mature, quiet, smart, loving - a busy business man, but he will always make time for his one and only daughter.

jang miki - 47 - alive - mother - housewife / painter - easygoing, talkative, friendly, lovable, artistic - jinhee got her artsy trait from her, although her mom nags a lot, she's a great mom that jinhee looked up to.

kang hwanhee - 19 - brother - harvard university student - smart, charming, protective, loyal, energetic - yes he's damn smart, i guess he got it from his dad. very close to jinhee, they always do video chats every night.

jang mihwa - 40 - alive - aunt - teacher - artistic, caring, easygoing, motherly, organized - jinhee's aunt who lives in france, she stayed at her aunt's house when she was in france so they're quite close.

grades: she loves english and arts so it's not a surprise that she ranks 2nd and 3rd respectively in those subjects. which is also she took an extra english and art club. her worst subject is probably history, "we're living in the present, we live for the future so why is it important to study about the past?" yeah that what she thinks. her grades are mostly As except for history, she has to be pleased with a C+. her overall ranking is the 7th out of the whole school.

personality: aron was that popular but lazy guy back in los angeles. his parents sent him to his hometown, seoul so he could get a lesson. still being that lazy , don't be surprised when he wears the same shirt thrice in a week, because he's too lazy to dig up his wardrobe. physical education? unlike most boys, he prefers to sit back in class rather than running around in laps. but he enjoys basketball, wait.. watching basketball if i may add. because he rarely plays it with the excuse of "there's no basketball ring" even if there's a basketball court near his uncle's house (he's currently living with his uncle and aunt). communicative? sure thing, as long as it's in english. korean? sorry, he's born and raised in los angeles and rarely speaks korean too (which he regretted by now) so his korean is pretty much the basic korean that includes 'hello' and 'thank you'.

diligent in terms of study, as i said before, he prefers to study quietly in class than being out in the field so he got some good brains too. not the type who spends lot of money, so he's a bit iffy about those spoiled and rich people who waste their money as if money could grow on trees. he could be that shoulder to lean on, his ears are ready 24/7 to listen to your worries. giving advice is out of his league, he's just simply 'a shoulder to lean on'. aron could be really protective towards his loved ones. he will do anything to make them safe and sound, always happy and live a good life even it if means that he should suffer.

how they met: it was a rainy day on a sunny afternoon, the raindrops fell from the bright sky. aron was walking towards the english club room and so does jinhee. she came from the right, he came from the left so they bumped into each other when they made a turn to enter. aron said sorry with his simple korean and jinhee was in a bad mood that day so she simply ignored him and entered the class. they were seatmates during the english club, and they were partners too. jinhee slowly softens up and said sorry for earlier, aron could only nod while thanking the gods for sending him a person whose english is pretty much understandable for him to talk to, not like the other students who speaks in engrish.

how they treat each other: they speak in english every time they met, jinhee's snobby personality shows up often but aron doesn't care about it as long as he has a friend to talk to. they do their homework together at times. aron is like a lazier version of jinhee's brother, that's what she thinks. she often complains about aron's outfit, because he always wear the same shirt thrice and aron complains back about her outfit, because she always wears different clothes everyday (aka that's a waste of money)
