SHINee has been nominated in the WORLD MUSIC AWARDS, which is a famous and acclaimed award-giving body. Now, the WMA is known for giving the awards to the best from each continent who are known for their sales merit and online popularity. SHINee, along with PSY, are the ONLY South Korean acts to be nominated for BEST ALBUM. A lot of kpop groups are nominates with them in BEST GROUP. The ONLY South Korean act nominated in BEST LIVE ACT, and also nominated with a few other kpop idols in BEST ENTERTAINER.
They are nominated in 4 CATEGORIES:
1. “WORLD’S BEST GROUP”
2. “WORLD’S BEST LIVE ACT”
3. “WORLD’S BEST ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR”
4. “WORLD’S BEST ALBUM”
We can take part by VOTING online in the following website:
Let me tell you this right now: it’s NOT easy. BUT, it’s not impossible. First of all, there are A LOT of nominees/candidates, and it would be difficult for them to get in, especially with the likes of Adele, Justin Bieber, and Bruno Mars. Please call all the Shawols, tweet the major and known Shawols, the main twitter and facebook fanpages, accounts, etc. Let’s try to make SHINee more known by others and let’s try to help them achieve this goal!
