People should NOT misjudge K-Pop Fans. What every K-Pop Fan wants to say.

A psychologist says: "Don't underestimate those children who chase after Korean celebrities, their hearts are purer than anyone else, they love courageously, they will want to try their best to tackle difficult obstacles, the language and cultural barriers. They symbolise peace, they don't discriminate based on race, they befriend people with the same interest from different countries, they're more passionate and warm than anyone else. They don't betray the ones they like easily, they are persistent and don't give up easily. They are stronger than anyone else on the inside, because when they are loving these Korean stars, they experience the setbacks they've never experienced in life. They are all sensitive children, easily touched by tears for long time because of one incident.

Through investigation, most of them understand gratitude. Their way of thinking is different from others, they don't easily get carried away by love, they don't harbour thoughts of doing bad things, and their criteria when looking for a partner is very high, other than looks, personality is more imporant, so the rate of marriage isn't high, but neither is the rate of divorce.

Their memory is very good, they can easily remember Korean lyrics they don't understand, and their coordination skills are also very strong. Most of them are cheerful children, not the kind who keep to themselves. Their will of determination is also very strong, they are able to presevere all the way just to buy something related to the celebrity they like.

In short, the way these children think is vastly different from others, and their thoughts are not easy to understand. Generally, only those who have similar interests are able to enter their world."

What every K-Pop Fan wants to say:

``````
K-Pop Fans hate it when people who dont like k-pop say:
"You dont even understand them!"
"They're gays!"
"They look like girls, -shows a picture of a non-korean man- That's what I call a matured, muscular MAN!"
 ~
I think it is interesting to listen to someone singing in a language that I don’t understand, as their voice then becomes an instrument of human sound. The rhythm of the singing, pronunciation of the words, the emphasis given to different parts, and etc., become part of the music in my mind, where lyrics and music become one.
~
I like to be aware of what is going on musically in the world beyond my own country. You miss out on a lot of good music when you refuse to listen to anything not in your native language.
 ~
K-Pop makes me happy. I love the Korean culture and their music industry is better than America's(No Offense). Their music actually makes me happy and doesn't send out bad messages to the youth. I just noticed that some of America's song lyrics have , drugs, money, popularity and other inappropriate topics included.
 ~
Americans may not realize it, but many countries listen to their music without understanding a word because they are fascinated by it. The reason as to why American musicians get to go on world tours so much is because of the fascination outsiders have. If it wasn't for their open-mindedness they would not be traveling across the globe. That is how I am with Kpop. The fact that I am multicultural also helps. I want to know what life is like for other countries.
 ~
They work super hard to achieve what they do. Some people train for five years. They dedicate very much to what they do.
 ~
Korean is a beautiful language! I've fallen for it so deep that it is the first language I am learning because I want to, not because I have to.
 ~
Their voices are amazing, the music itself is inspiring and filled with emotion, it's just awesome all around. A very refreshing change from American pop music and what it has become. Also, even though I don't understand it, the words speak loud and clear to evey emotion I have. It made me open up to music again because for a long time I only listened to rock music because I had given up on everything else.
 ~
Whether or not I can understand the lyrics, it is still worth listening to.
