Okay so I've only watched two and a half episodes.

I know nothing about the show or the people on it and I'm about to start planning on a Running Man based fic. What episodes of it should I watch to get a better understanding of it? Cause last time I checked there was over hundred episodes...I'm not gunna watch over a hundred episodes. I will not ruin things by saying who the couple will be in this one. Although it might be really obvious who gets the girl this time.
