You should go to kissasian.com. There's a video on youtube about how to download dramas/movies for free.

I usually watch k-dramas at www.dramacrazy.net , and from the comments, people said downloading k-dramas at dramacrazy was great. I never download k-dramas from any site though >,< but you can give it a try...
