Daewon doesn't really care that much about fashion. He dresses up when he has to but most of the time, he'll just put on a t-shirt, some skinny jeans and partner it up with sneakers. Sometimes, he'd throw in a hoodie or a sweater. When training, Daewon usually wears a wife beater and some sweatpants. Sometimes, he'd wear a t-shirt or a hoodie. When inside the dorm, Daewon usually just wears his usual wife beater or t-shirt and some shorts. He wears the same thing when he sleeps. It's during formal events that Daewon actually dresses up. He'd put on a suit if the situation calls for it. But most of the time, he'd just wear a long-sleeved button-down shirt, black skinny jeans with the shirt tucked in, a blazer or a black vest and black military boots. He'd even throw in a scarf or a hat if needed. His clothes are usually monochromatic - it makes it easier for him to match his clothes with his accessories. His accessories includes a watch, some bracelets and an earring. Although monochromatic, Daewon actually matches his color with the season; he'd wear black, grey or white during winter, brown, orange or yellow during autumn, brighter colors during summer and lighter colors like pink and beige during spring.

▬  let's talk about you

personality ¦ Daewon onstage/onscreen is really loud and talkative. He loves talking and can go on for hours (that is, of course, an exaggeration). He's really charismatic and can move an army with his words. He is good with words and is a smooth talker. Daewon also had this remarks/comments that are usually mean but would become really funny with the way he says them and his timing. His timing is perfect and he never misses an opportunity to insert a story or two or a comment. He also gives  really big and good reactions that most of the time, the hosts/MCs can't comment on it. Being a good speaker also means that Daewon is really witty, partner that up with his perfect timing and he'll become a really good MC.

The Daewon offstage/off screen is quite different from the Daewon onstage. Behind the camera, Daewon is still his usual talkative and loud self except this time, he doesn't hold back. He'll say anything and everything that comes into his mind; even if that is something mean. Daewon usually comes out as insensitive because of this but he's not. He's actually very sensitive and his talkative self is actually just a front to keep people away from him. Daewon is actually very shy especially when with strangers or people he has only met once. He is also very awkward with people of authority (managers, CEO, etc). He only shows his sensitive side to people he thinks deserves it. He'd only talk when spoken to and will just choose to stand on the side; which is why a lot of people who sees this side of him are amazed of how different he is onstage.

Daewon with friends and family is a different Daewon. He'd be really cute and childish that you just can't help to love him; even though his tongue is really sharp. Daewon is actually also very clumsy too, often ending up tripping on his own foot or dropping whatever it is he's holding. Although clumsy, Daewon is actually very good in cooking and is surprisingly, good in using the knife. Daewon is also a cheapskate; he doesn't spend money unless he has to or wants to so he usually doesn't but a lot of things. He'd always have money with him for "emergency" purposes. The only thing Daewon actually spends money on is food, and food, and yet another, food. The good thing is, when Daewon spends for somebody (a gift, or a treat) he usually goes all out. He'd spend a lot, and end up regretting it after. Aside from food, the only thing Daewon spends money on is his gadgets and pillows. He actually has a lot of pillows and stuffed toys.T

The Daeewon with someone he likes is the shy Daewon. He'd be really distant and shy if he likes the person; even if they were very close before (he realized his feelings). Often times, Daewon would try and look for a scientific explanation for the way he feels for someone - he doesn't want to admit he likes someone, after all. He'd become all flustered and shy at the mere mention of his crush. Although he tries his best to hide it, his feelings are too painfully obvious that even his crush would find out; which makes it a lot more awkward with Daewon. When he does get the courage to admit his feelings, he still wouldn't confess or ask her out; in fear of getting rejected.

background ¦ Daewon was born in Incheon on January 23rd. His parents were white-collar workers and would often work long hours daily; even during Sundays. Daewon, although from a fairly rich family, didn't really get a lot of attention from his parents. They loved him, he knew that, of course, he just didn't feel it. When Daewon was 5, his family moved to Seoul. That was things got a lot hectic for his parents. They were rarely home that's why he had to take care of himself. At age 12, he wanted to rebel and so he had his ear pierced and tatted to get attention from his parents. They noticed it, and scolded him for it. However, his rebel years continued until he was 14. By that time, he had completely ignored his studies and would spends hours on internet rooms. He had his first taste of alcohol at age 13. By the end of the year, nearing December, Daewon finally woke up from all of that and stopped all of it. He kept his tattoo and earring as a remainder of never going back to that awful past.

This was proven to be untrue and that they were just really good friends who enjoyed hanging out together. It was also rumoured that he was gay and have been dating an unknown male (5 years his senior) after they met during a festival. This was also proven to be untrue and was just spread by some people who hated him. He had announced that he was straight and liked girls.

trainee life ¦ His trainee life wasn't very hard. Although he had to juggle his training and studies, he endured because he wanted to forget his rebellious past. Although he would often have to stay up late (or not sleep at all), he still gave everything he had to his studies and training. While he improved his skills, he also started to do well in school. There were some people who doubted his skills due to his young age. Some were jealous of him for only having trained for two years.
