Koreas Idiot suggests comedy in my opinion, while Achilles cleat (known as the Achilles Heel from history) suggests a more serious and action-based story. But this is from experience of an english major and media studies minor.

I don't really know what would be a good title for your story. Achilles cleat is like something sturdy, a support; while, Korea's idiot is..... I don't know. Both would make a good title. It really depends on your story. I would choose the cliché one, Chained to Korea's Idiot. For me, I could imagine much more romantic stuffs (not to mention cute and funny) with an 'idiot'. Just sayin' :)
