I Only Learned Bad Things

Yewon pulled in the edge of her uniform jacket, trying to get use to the fact that she was now going to a school with a quality made uniform. Before today she had gone to a public school her whole life. She had been surrounded by the same people since kindergarten and loved every second of it since they all knew how powerful she was. Her father owned a large corporation that had foot holds in China, Germany and the United States. Her mother was the CEO of Etuide house, one of the most popular makeup companies in all of South Korea. In public school, she was the queen among unworthy peons. Now she was with other people like her and it made her a little sad. She never treated her school mates bad, but she liked knowing that she was safe from any teasing or bad words. Now she was fair game and that scared her to death.

"Miss, we're here." Her driver said as they pulled through the school gates and stopped where the rest of the cars were. Yewon thanked him and jumped out of the car with her bag slung over her shoulder. She looked at all the other girls whose hair was styled perfectly and looked like they had seen a makeup artist before coming to school. Yewon had just blow dried her hair and brushed it and put as little makeup on as possible.

"They look like mini es..." Yewon mumbled and looked back to see if she could make a run for it out of the school but her car was gone and the gates were being closed. She sighed and with heavy footsteps she headed into the school and into the principal's office. Yewon knocked on the door and the principal called her in. She opened the door and lost her breath when she saw the man sitting behind the desk. He was so gorgeous Yewon had a hard time looking away from him. "Ummm..." Yewon looked down to the name plate on the desk. Jung Yonghwa. She cursed at how such a handsome man had such a strong name as well. "Mister Jung. I'm Kim Yewon, the new student starting today." Yewon inched her way into the office and stood in front of his desk. Mister Jung looked at Yewon and smiled before pulling out a few forms and two booklets from the bottom draw of his desk.

"This is your class schedule, a map, school rules about boring dress code stuff and a list of extracurricular activities which is a must.  Every year you must you must a part of a club." Mister Jung stood up and walked around the desk and wrapped his arm around Yewon. He patted her shoulder and led her out of the office. Yewon thought her heart was going to explode from him just casually touching her. She had never been around such a handsome person before that it was almost life changing. "Miss Bang, can you call Jinyoung up. I want him to show Miss Kim Yewon around to her class." Mister Jung said to his secretary and then patted on her back again and let out a little chuckle. "You don't need to be nervous Yewon, we're very nice here." He smiled making Yewon's heart skip a beat. The front office's door was thrown open and in walked in a beautiful boy with copper coloured hair and fox like eyes. "Ah Jinyoung." Mister Jung walked over to Jinyoung, wrapped his arm around and the boy and brought him over to Yewon. "Yewon, this is my little brother Jinyoung. He's going to be your guide for the morning."

"Guide? Hell no." Jinyoung turned to leave but Mister Jung grabbed him by the back of his blazer and forced him to turn back to Yewon. "I'm going to be late for home room."

"I'll write you a note."

"I don't feel well."

"Perfect, you can show her where the nurses office is while on the tour."

"I don't want to."

"If you do it I won't make you come to my cocktail party with the board of education." Mister Jung said back, the brothers talking so fast and in sync that Yewon had a hard time following the conversation. Jinyoung was quiet for a moment before looking Yewon over.

"You're not too ugly....ugh, fine." Jinyoung walked out of the front office leaving Yewon a little confused. She looked herself over and tried to find the part of her that was ugly. She didn't know why, but his comment hurt her deeply. No one had ever called her ugly before.

"You look fine Yewon. Don't listen to him. Jinyoung acts tough but he's really a huge push over." Mister Jung winked and went back into his office. Yewon let out a large sigh and ran out of the front office doors only to bump into Jinyoung.

"Hey ugly, watch where you're going." Jinyoung brushed office his blazer as if Yewon was covered in some sort of disease. He ripped one of the papers out of Yewon's hands and looked it over. "Poor Channie...he has home room with a thing like you..." Jinyoung threw the paper back at her, put his hands in his pockets and walked down the hallway quickly so he wouldn't be seen walking with the new girl. Yewon bit the inside of , swallowing back all the bad words that were begging to come tumbling out of . How could someone as sweet as Jung Yonghwa have a younger brother like Jung Jinyoung. Yewon ran after Jinyoung and kept a reasonable distance from him without looking like she was stalking him. She came to the conclusion that Jinyoung must have been switched with another child at birth and Yonghwa, like the saint he was, had to live with such a detestable monster like Jinyoung. While Yewon was cursing at Jinyoung in her head, she didn't notice he had stopped causing her to walk straight into his back. She stumbled backwards and looked shyly up as Jinyoung looked at her over his shoulder.

"Dumb and ugly...." He pointed to the classroom number before taking off down the hall. Yewon opened to ask him if that was the whole tour, but the farther away he got the calmer she seemed to become. Jinyoung disappeared down the hallway and Yewon double checked to see if she was standing at the right class. Yewon was surprised that Jinyoung was nice enough to actually show her to her proper class and didn't just ditch her somewhere in the large building, forcing her to wander the halls for an hour or two.

"Well...here goes nothing." Yewon reached to open the classroom door, but the handle turned and opened from the other way. The door swung open and standing there was a tall boy with bright innocent eyes and a sweet smile. Yewon froze as did the boy and they just looked at each other. Three amazingly handsome boys in one day, Yewon had no idea how her heart was going to survive this school. The boy chuckled and rubbed the back of his head. He looked like he wanted to say something but instead he averted his eyes and ducked around Yewon and rushed down the hallway. Yewon watched him walk away feeling like her soul went with him.
