Here is how the application and hiring works.
1. I will gather your requests and hold it confidential.
2. After gathering enough applicants, elimination shall take place.
It will come in the form of a graphic design with a set of criterias to follow.
3. Two designers will be chosen.

Choosing will be done by me and a few friends who are also members of asianfanfics.com.
Their identities will not be held public, but I guarantee that they are equipped with familiarity in good graphic preferences.
