So whats the signs of a person liking or loving someone?

im trying to figure that out. Usually when someone likes someone else they would talke to them and such but mines a little different.

If someone stares at someone all the time does that mean that person likes them?

Theres this guy in my school. We never ever talked. Last year we would always take the same bus at the same time. i would go by station and he would wait at the bus stop. I would always sit on the top because its fun XD. Whenever he gets on him and his friends would always sit near me somehow. When we would get off the bus and head to school he would always be infront of me because i like to walk slow. (idk if he was also walking slow on purpose but he would always be infornt of me.) He would ALWAYS! EVERYDAY! look back and stare at me. Kinda creeped me out. But it got worse! second semster our classes changed and he was in two of my classes! X___X math and science. In math he sat on one side of the room while i was on the other. Oneday he comes and sits behind me (maybe because of his friend) i got annoyed and moved up 2 seats the next day. In science he sat in my row but in the very end while i was in the very begining. The people who sit behind me arent usually here so he could see me. That whole year all he would do is stare. We both knew each others name.

THIS YEAR! it got even worser.

One good thing though was hes not in any of my classes! but his locker is kinda near my friends which because all my friends would go to her locker and eat there and him and his friends are sitting with him at his locker. Everyday he would stare. To make it worser his friends locker is next to my friends so when his friend would go to his locker he would come. And of course he would look at me -____- Everytime i would pass by him i would pretened i didnt see him and he would look.

i started questioning whether or not i like him since i see him everyday and i would think about him in class. One day while i was crossing the road i saw him on the other side. While i was crossing my heart went bananas because he was just staring. I crossed and pretended i didnt see him like usual. I stopped and waited to cross yet again. I saw him looking at me through the corner of my eyes.

So whats this guys problem? does he like me? does he wanna be friends or something? i dont know but i just want to know what he wants. Wish i could read peoples minds -________________________-
