Hello everyone! I was just wondering of you can help me with something?

Sorry to bother you but how do you pronounce the following words? As in the REAL pronounciation? Without jokes/hesitations?

And the second one is

Seobang

Okay..it's not that I don't know how to pronounce that words but I'm just making sure of it XD
