If you don't know what Running Man are ; please read this!

Running Man (Korean: 런닝맨) is a South Korean variety show; a part of SBS's Good Sunday lineup, along with Heroes (영웅호걸). It was first aired on July 11, 2010. This show is classified as an "urban action variety"; a never-before-seen new genre of variety shows and will greatly involve the participation of viewers. The MCs and guests are locked in a landmark during closed hours and are required to leave before opening hours. The first team to leave will win, while the losing team will be punished in the landmark. It has garnered attention as being the come-back program for Yu Jae-suk, the main MC of the program, after leaving Good Sunday's Family Outing in February 2010.

As of the eleventh episode, teams are no longer used except for the race mission. Everyone will individually earn Running Balls throughout missions and the balls that come out will represent which individuals that win. The missions are as follows:

Challenge 1 vs. X (대결 1:X) (where X is the number of members on that episode) is a game where one person is against the rest of the cast. Either the one person or the remaining cast is trying to complete a mission without the other(s) knowing. In episode 15, 17 and 18, all members knew of the mission. If the one person/group succeeds, everyone but the person/group fooled will receive a Running Ball.
Find the Thief (도둑잡기) is a game where cards are distributed to all members, one card says Thief on it and the rest say Running Man. The object of the game is to avoid getting the Thief card. During each round, the person next will choose one of two cards from the previous person, and continuing the process with all players. Afterwards, games are played to determine who is first place and they will be exempt from the game and receive a Running Ball. Their card is given to another player of their choice. After 2 rounds, the final round winner can mix up the seating arrangements of the players. At the end, the person with the Thief card loses and all remaining players receive a Running Ball. As of episode 15, this game is no longer played; it has been replaced by missions related to the landmark.
The Bells Hide and Seek (방울 숨바꼭질) mission involves the "chasing" team, who are wearing bells, to catch the other team by taking their name tags from their backs in an allotted time. The "mission" team will need to find hidden items in the landmark and not be caught by the "chasing" team before the allotted time ends. After many changes to the format, this mission is considered the roots of Running Man, as it is the only mission that involves "running", and is the programs representative mission.
