How Did You Become a Trainee?: Jessica’s Mum once slept with one of the higher ups of Woollim entertainment and both stayed in contact afterwards as friends. When Jessica mentioned to her Mum that she wanted to be part of a girls group her Mum instantly dialled his number and she was given an audition.
They instantly fell in love with her dancing style and she was given a traineeship. Her Mum’s friend even commented ‘You’re just like your mother, y, swagging, talented and one hell of a ’ which was taken as a complement.

How Did You Meet?:
1. Lee Taemin: They met backstage at Music Core and were introduced by Minho who knew Jessica from previous encounters (see below) at first they smiled at each other and were polite, but as the conversation went on they began to dislike each other which turned into hate. She hated his goodie two shoes personality and he hated her partier attitude, he even told her that she was a bad influence from which the fight broke out. After a while (countless encounters and being stuck for a few hours in an elevator) they began to like each other for their differences and were influenced by each other, with Taemin becoming a bit more rebellious and Jessica becoming a bit more of a good girl. 2. Lee Jinki/ Onew: After a one night stand with Minho, she woke up alone, hung-over and in his bed, as he had already gone to his schedule. When she finally put her clothes on and walked out to the kitchen, Onew, who was also hung-over, greeted her kindly. They ‘recovered’ together and ate breakfast, chatting and laughing the whole time. He didn’t have a schedule that day so they stayed together and went out on a ‘friendly date’.
