Personality: Christine is one of those outgoing girls, which makes her naturally optimistic . Especially when someone tries to be realistic about the situation. You can say that she's the happy vitamin of the group as she loves to make her groupmates happy. When it comes to her skills, she doesn't want to be too cocky as she stays humble. She will do anything for the people that she truly cares about (from buying food for them to being their pillow at night). The downside of her personality is that she's the person who tries to hold everything in. She doesn't want to show everyone that she's really weak on the inside and doesn't want to complain about her problems.

Background: Born and raised in Chicago, IL with a Korean Dad and a Filipino-Chinese Mom. Her dancing background consist of hip hop (since the age of 5) and all-star cheerleading (since the age of 8). She was casted into SM Entertainment during their 2008 Global Auditions along with her best friend John (Youngho) Seo (he is a real trainee in SM that came in from Chicago). They have been through the thick and thin since the day John was born. When living in Seoul as a trainee, she lived with Trina (made up trainee) and worked as a waitress at the bakery near the training center.

Describe the type of person she gets along with: She bascially gets along with everyone. But she actually doesn't get along with people who talk big about themselves. She thinks it's annoying how one person would talk about themselves all the time. She wouldn't handle all of that ego.

Q: What made you want to become an idol?

A: It defintely has to be after watching Hyoyeon's teaser before SNSD's debut. Did you see her? That girl was killing it! I knew I wanted to become an idol ever since watching H.O.T. on cassette. But Hyoyeon's video sealed the deal for me.

Q: Have you dated anybody in the past?

A: I haven't really. I guess no one really sparked my interest...or maybe I was too lost into Yunho's pretty eyes.

Q: What would your message be to the viewers/fans?

A: Please continue to love and support us as we work hard on preparing for our debut. We are gracious with the amount of love and support we have been recieving, so we are using that to work even harder on our debut stage. Serenity fighting!

Q: What do you want to achieve as an idol?

A: The main goal right now I want to achieve before anything is to win the Best Rookie Group of the Year. All of our hardwork will definitely pay off when the time comes. Not only that, but I hope that Serenity will be one forever.

Q: Besides becoming an idol, what other things would you like to do? {ex. actress, mc, soloist, etc..}

A: Oh there is so much that I want to do. I would love to become an actress after watching Eunji-ssi and her fangirl role in Reply 1997. Hosting a radio show would be fun as well. After hearing Suju sunbae's SuKiRa, I imagined how cool it would be to host the radio show.
