So I have had something on my mind, a bit of a challenge here. But I don't want to make it a contest because A) I honestly don't have the Karma to give away =/ and B) I think it could just be a fun thing with no pressure and no deadline, just challenging.

As an author I know that it is fun to take inspiration from something and challenge yourself to write a story from it...

So here is my idea. Would anyone like to do a short story based off of Celine Dion's songs?

Choose a song, and then write a story coinciding with the lyrics of the song, but you don't have to link in the lyrics.

Focus on character developement, though, to make the story believable and meaningful... her songs are so deep and can't be portrayed by simple dialogue. =)

SO! Anyone up for it? =D

I am going to try it out... and see how it goes. =)

Now I just have to decide on a song... LOL

If anyone is interested but doesn't know any of her songs, let me know! I know practically every song she's ever sang, haha. =)
