So as of right now, I have 2 ongoing fanfics and am in the beginning stages of developing a 3rd fanfic (curse my overactive imagination RLAB).  Well I'm thinking of hiring someone, or someones to make me posters for them.  Before I do this, I have a few questions.

1)  How much do artists normally charge for doing this?

2)  Is there anyone you would specifically reccommend, or should I post an ad?

3)  Are there any other things I should be thinking about when setting out to do this?

There are probably more questions, but I seemed to have forgotten them the second I started typing lol.  Anyways, any help is greatly appreciated!!
