So I just found out that dir en grey released an EP this month.

Dir en grey was, is, forever will be my favorite band from Japan.. ever. (the Gazette will forever be a close second) 

So the EP has seven songs and of those seven there are some remakes of old songs of theirs.

Kasumi is one of them. Jesus.

My heart kyoyoure so brilliant. You and die and toshiya and shinya and kaoru and freaking everyone god I love them so so so much and I don't ever want them to retire because dir en grey is such a huge chunk of my life and uehdksbicyeka.

My feelings.

The title for the EP is just perfect as well "The Unraveling" 

Aaahhh If only I could see you guys live. I think I would very well give one of my eyes of limbs just to see them (and Gackt Jesus Gackt I love him so much as well asdfghjkl )

And Karasu sounds so different holy . I would've never imagine this type of sound for that song.

Not really loving Bottom of the death valley, since I already think the first version is just perf.

 Same w/ the final. The final is so heart wrenching andi can't even think about the song long enough without wanting to crawl up in a corner and cry. However, all those guitar solos ? Riffs ? Whatever the they are after the first chorus are really cool.

But imma stay with the original the final. It's like..  let me just extract the guitars from the remake and place them on the original and you'd just  gttfhave the most fan ing tastic song on existence. /biased/ no lie though.
