The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. Asianfanfics may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer the Service to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time. This provision is void where prohibited by law and the right to access the Service is revoked in such jurisdictions.
Numbers seven and eight, pretty much sums up the second item under Terms of Use. But because creeper requested for a kiddie version, Keeper will do her best to simplify things with the help of Wikipedia.
The Service is a collective term for Asianfanfics (site, domain, mobile version, links, features, applications). And it is available to you, if you are at least thirteen years old. When you agreed to the Terms of Use, you assure that:
1. You reached age of majority. Age of majority refers to the legal age - the age you are considered legal in your state or country. The age when the law holds you responsible to majority of your actions; or
You are considered an emancipated minor. An emancipated minor hasn't reached age of majority but is considered a legal adult by the law, performing tasks without requiring parental consent. The parents either relinquish their rights over the minor in court or they are already dead. A minor may also be emancipated via marriage, a diploma or degree, if he/she is self-sufficient or is part of a military service; or
You have legal or parental consent. You have documents stating that your parents or the law allowed you to access the site. There are forms available online; and
You are capable of accepting and agreeing with the Terms of Use and using the Service.
2. You did not lie about your age; and
3. You are not doing anything illegal in the site.
Boss Nichi has the power to ban you. And it will only be lifted in court.
