Uh so they did write about the contact number, what do they mean bu that if anyone can answer this pleeeaaaseeee answer me jebal~~~! T^T I want to follow this also. Is contact number also the same as phone number? if it's not then what do they mean by contact number? gomawoyo~! ^^

its the same, contact number means a number that they can use to talk to you. It can be your home number/ cellphone number/ or any other means or way to talk to you.

in short, yes it is the same.
