The first of multiple word barfs that I will be putting up here.  This stemmed from me walking my dog and thinking "Chanyeol would make such a good Dug" and I continued to cast in my mind as I walked home.  This was going to be an Up!au but I think I got side-tracked by the end :|

Disclaimer: I own nothing herein but the arrangement of the words (and do I even own that?) (ALSO: Do I need a disclaimer for this stuff? I'm new to AFF. Better to be safe though.)

Edit: this has turned from an Up!au into a fantasy!au in general o.o (well that escalated quickly). idk where it will end up but right now it is taking place in my own universe-type-thing and the character list is completely inaccurate (well except for the sulay)

Plot? Maybe?-contemporary Up (or maybe fantasy? Even bordering on pokemon)
Sulay are neighbors as children. They grow up best friends (make a goal to do something (save the world? Paradise falls? Find something?), fall in love, yadda yadda. Lay dies of ______ and Suho promises him to complete the goal and is devastated/kinda gives up on life. Monsters kick Suho out and he’s like “holy frick the world ” so he harnesses his unicorn (symbolic, right? Or gets in his car if doing modern world) up and runs off to do what he promised Lay he would do. He meets an annoyingly persistent gargoyle Chen who decides that, after wrecking Suho’s cart and making the unicorn flip 12 s, it would be fun to go with Suho on the adventure (Suho is like “hell no” but you can’t say no to Chen). They rebuild the cart so that it can fly and retame the unicorn and whee~ away they go. They fly (yay so exciting) before arriving in some super fancy fantastic place (maybe always foggy/hazy/idk something that makes it wonky) and the first creature they meet is Chanyeol, the overly excited fire-____ (who “loves his master (Kris) so much, Chen hates him, Suho is a little weirded out, the unicorn is like o.o). They bop around for a while and meet Baekhyun (Chanyeol is smitten, Chen is glad Chanyeol is latched onto something else, Suho is like OMJ this thing can help me find the ____). (reverse the order of meeting Chanyeol and Baekhyun) They bop more then find Tao, Kai, and Sehun (maybe acting like the hyenas in the Lion King?) They take the crew to Kris (who lives on a cloud thing) who screws their minds and makes them run like hell. Kris threatens to kill off the unicorn unless they surrender Baekhyun so Suho gives up Baekhyun and trots away happily with the unicorn. Chen (bothered enough by Chanyeol) is like OMJ BAEKHYUN NO so he rides Chanyeol in pursuit of Kris. Suho is like where are they going so he rides unicorn after them. Chen/Chanyeol is/are captured by Tao/Kai/Sehun and are put to their doom by being shoved off of the cloud, but Suho catches them in his carriage. They save Baekhyun (Kris dies in the process) and Baekyeol settle happily. Suchen go off with the unicorn and stuff (or Suho dies). The end
